Das Schwimmbad ist top
Pros:

Das Schwimmbad ist immer wieder richtig toll! Es ist gross, sauber und hat eine angenehme Wassertemperatur. Das Hotel an sich ist schön und sauber und der Kinderspiel- und Kletterbereich ebenfalls. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel, warm und gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist sehr in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Essen, besonders das Abendessen, für das 20 Euro pro Person verlangt wird (Getränke sind noch extra zu bezahlen, sonst nur Leitungswasser), ist total inakzeptabel. Es wird sehr stark rationiert, das Gemüse ist Tiefkühlqualität und kalt oder schon eingetrocknet. Das Fleisch und Fisch immer mit dicken Saucen versehen. Eine Familie mit einem beeinträchtigten Kind wurde am Anreisetag wieder vom Restaurant weggeschickt, weil sie nicht bis 17h vorher angemeldet hatten, dass sie essen möchten. Check-in ist aber erst ab 16h und beim Check-in wird man auch nicht gefragt, ob man Abendessen möchte. Alternativen gibt es in der Gegend absolut keine, denn Mariazell muss mit dem Auto angefahren werden und auf dem Sigmundsberg ist es sonst recht verlassen. Im Hotel selbst gibt es sonst noch Tiefkühlbaguett oder Tiefkühlpizza. Wir hatten Gott sei Dank etwas größer Mittag gegessen und noch Jause mit, daher dann verzichtet. Aber sehr schade für die Gesamterfahrung.

Příjemná lokalita i personál. K dispozici bazén a sauna v ceně pobytu.

Cons:

Absence možnosti zajít si na oběd pro špatném počasí (mají na objednání jen pizzu a bagetu).Mala velikost pokoje.

Tolles, kindgerechtes Hotel in schöner Lage
Pros:

Wir waren mit unserer Enkeltochter ( 4Jahre ) im Hotel und es war toll für Kinder. Spiel und Kletterzimmer, Schwimmbad, Familienzimmer. Das Frühstück war ok.
Die Lage bei Mariazell ist sehr gut.Das Essen

Cons:

Dss Essen am Abend, wenn man kein Buffett möchte, ist die Auswahl sehr gering und einfach.

Die Lage war sehr gut , voallem das das Hotel in freien war ist die Lage sehr ruhig. Die Betten waren ein bißchen ungemütlich voallem das Frühstück war ok 👌 dass das Abendessen da war ist sehr cool 😎 weil in der Stadt alles um 19 und schloß .war das hotel sehr gemütlich das Personal war sehr freundlich .

Cons:

Die Betten waren nicht so gemütlich . Mann hat in Zimmer alles vom Gang gehört wie wenn die Türen offen sein würden.
