Bis auf den Barbetrieb ein schönes Hotelerlebnis.
Pros:

Hervorragende Lage, familienfreundlich, Sauna und Schwimmbad, freundliches Frühstückspersonal, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, super sauber.

Cons:

die Bar am Abend war vom überforderten Rezeptionisten geführt, um 21:30 pm sagte er, dass die Geräte für eine Pizza schon ausgeschaltet wären (bis 22:00 offen), am nächsten Tag wurden wir komplett bei der Bestellungsaufnahme um 19:30 ignoriert. Als lästige Bittsteller wurde uns dann die Pizza serviert, die aber nach verbranntem Backrohr schmeckte.

Die Bar kann man als Einziges nicht empfehlen.

Never again, unless I run out of options .. but still NO
Pros:

The location was good, quiet and the wellness area was nice. Breakfast had options but no real coffee. It was clean.

Cons:

They have the audacity to present instant coffee as coffee at the breakfast and if you want a real coffee, you need to pay. What? Put a simple espresso machine and call it a day
The pillow are horrible and the shower was one of the smallest I’ve seen and the doors was falling off .
The stuff was very rude and bored.
The room had no amenities (kettle or coffee machine) , no toiletries except shower gel
Overall it’s very expensive for what they offer.

unkomplizierter Aufenthalt für ein Familienwochende
Pros:

Essen in Buffetform früh und abends war sehr gut und gute Auswahl; Schwimmbad sehr gross; Lage mit schöner Aussicht auf Maria Zell;

Cons:

unser Zimmer war sehr finster, da Waldblick, das wäre auch okay, aber die verfügbare Beleuchtung im Zimmer war sehr schlecht;
die Damen im Service waren sehr unfreundlich;
es wäre angenehm gewesen hätte man die konsumierten Getränke über das Zimmer abrechnen können, das war leider nicht möglich, es musste immer gleich bezahlt werden

Pros:

Hotel je umístěn v pěkném prostředí, personál je ochotný a vstřícný, výhled z pokoje jsme měli moc hezký, snídaně byla bohatá a hojně doplňovaná.Libilo se nám zde.

Wir kommen nicht wieder!
Pros:

Das Frühstück dem Preis entsprechend nicht gut.

Cons:

Ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre sehr schön gewesen. Außer an der Rezeption hat das Personal einen sehr lustlosen Eindruck gemacht. Das Schwimmbad war groß und schön aber Liegen im Außenbereich haben trotz des tollen Wetters gefehlt.
