Bel hôtel, bien situé
Pros:

L'hôtel est très beau, un petit havre de paix dans cette grande ville assez épuisante. L'hôtel est légèrement en dehors du quartier très touristique (5-10 minutes à pied) ce qui est à la fois un avantage (au calme) mais peut être vu comme un inconvénient puisqu'à l'hôtel, on nous a recommandé de ne pas se promener dans la rue après 19h (mais vu le prix des taxis et Uber, cela n'est pas du tout un problème de prendre une voiture pour sortir ou rentrer à la nuit tombée).

Le calme du quartier Poblado a 10 mn à pied de l animation .
Pros:

Aceptable aunque pudo ser mejor. No regresaría.
Cons:

La caja de seguridad no tenía llave y está cerrada y bloqueada.
Pedí un cobija adicional por qué hacía un frío terrible y me dieron una sucia y con cabellos que por qué no tenían más.
Necesite planchar mi ropa y no tenían plancha.
La puerta del baño de vidrio templado no cerraba bien, para asegurarla y no poderme bañar tranquila tocaba hacerle fuerza para encajarla con la otra y pues se trababa me daba miedo terrible que se quebrara la puerta y cortarme.

Très bon hôtel des améliorations à faire sur le petit déjeuner

Au calme petit jardin très bien entretenu

le jus d’orange n’est pas naturel
le yaourt qui accompagne le muesli n’est pas très bon

Pros:

Ich habe mich in dem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Die ruhige Lage, das Frühstück auf der Gartenterrasse und das geräumige Zimmer haben mir gut gefallen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich bin immer gerne "nach Hause" gekommen.

Cons:

Die Straßen um das Hotel herum sind steil. So war der Weg zum Hotel immer eine kleine Sporteinheit, zumindest wenn man wie ich viel zu Fuss unterwegs ist.

Overall it was a brilliant stay and we’d happily stay there again!
Pros:

The property was in a beautiful setting, with a lovely peaceful garden where we enjoyed breakfast each morning. The street felt quiet and safe with just a brief walk into the main El Poblado area. Our room was spacious and very clean, with good bathroom facilities (not all of the places we stayed in Colombia had reliable hot water!). The staff were all lovely and very helpful at the desk. Fully recommend.

Cons:

Only one very minor thing for us, the property used protection on the beds - they were very plastic-y under the bedding and pillowcases and very noisy (to the point of waking up) when you moved around in your sleep. Maybe we’re just light sleepers though!

Pros:

The hotel itself is okay. The room and bed are clean and fine. The breakfast is also good and enough.

Cons:

The hotel is located on a small street in the upper part of El Poblado. The taxi driver took forever to find the address. Nobody could help... The nearest metro station is about 1.5 km away.

The internet connection is weak.

The staff is friendly but clueless. Better don't ask anything...

Pros:

Hotel calme de petite capacité. Loin du brouhaha du centre ville. Confortable, très bonne literie. Petit déjeuner servi tôt, idéal pour profitet de la journée. Personnel sympathique. Prix très correct.
