La ubicación es genial, por ejemplo para viajar con adultos mayores o niños puesto que está a tan solo 10 metros de la playa. El entorno es comercial y se encuentra de todo. El desayuno es tipo bufet y ofrece varias opciones en cada desayuno. El personal fue atento y me ayudó a solucionar varios temas logísticos de mi reserva.

Que está muy bien ubicado La atención del personal magnífica . Saben atender al turista .
Que hacen el aseo Día de por medio , no todos los días .
Por políticas del hotel no se puede poner a secar en el balcón ….entonces toallas y /o ropa de baño se tiene que secar adentro . Pero eso es imposible que se seque debido a que el aire acondicionado es frío y va a escurrir dentro de la habitación y recordemos que no se hace aseo diario sino cada día de por medio … entonces el espacio se verá sucio y con charcos de agua .

Habitacion muy oscura . El baño y ducha es muy reducido, falta de mantenimiento y pintura, falta de luz natural e iluminación de las habitaciones, falta de aseo , mantenimiento y comodidad para el precio que cobran.
No lo recomendaría.

En general el hotel es muy agradable y cómodo. Es la segunda oportunidad que se reserva en este hotel precisamente porque la experiencia anterior fue muy buena. Ademas la ubicación es privilegiada.
Las personas que se alojaron eran 2 personas mayores sin problemas de movilidad que se comentaron al hacer la reserva, sin embargo fueron ubicadas en un piso 7 y uno de los dias de alojamiento, estuvieron realizando mantenimiento al ascensor durante toooooda la tarde y los obligo a quedarse fuera del hotel durante todo ese tiempo, inclusive una de las personas tenía que subir a la habitación y le tocó hacerlo por las escaleras.
Si bien se entiende que los. mantenimientos son obligatorios, deberían programarse en horarios menos concurridos para los ascensores o tener en cuenta las notas de alojamiento y ubicar personas mayores en pisos mas bajos.

Ac did not work propetly , hotel made 0 effort to fix problem. It was suppose to ne a superior room. Tje room was the size of shoe box, when arrived the fridge was not working and smell like dead fish. quality price ratio , terrible for the price. Paint was coming off the walls, terrible overal experience
Una ubicación excelente, frente al Rodadero, con fácil acceso a la playa y a múltiples sitios de interés. Ofrece una gran variedad de opciones de menú para el desayuno, almuerzo y cena, además de restaurantes de todas las categorías en los alrededores.
El personal es amable, atento y servicial. También cuentan con servicio de guardamaletas, lo que resulta muy práctico.
Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y cómodas, y el aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente. El servicio de aseo se realiza aproximadamente cada día y medio.
Como sugerencia de mejora, el baño de la recepción tenía un olor un poco desagradable. Sería buena idea colocar un ambientador permanente o reforzar la ventilación para mantener un ambiente más fresco.
