Not worth the money.
Cons:

Poor maintainence of the hotel, especially the room. Yellow stains on the floor. TV doesnt work.

窗景很棒可看到101，但是飯店整體感覺氛圍很冷！

地點非常的方便！
房間廁所獨立！

Cons:

清潔
衣櫃木門油漬！及浴室的鏡子也是！不舒服！
浴室區域應該再➕一片拉門感覺比較好！

An Unforgettable Stay at Le Méridien Taipei
Pros:

This was my first time staying at Le Méridien Taipei, and I spent 10 nights here. The location is absolutely unbeatable, and the service is truly exceptional.

I would especially like to express my deepest gratitude to Wilson Chen from the concierge team. Wilson is professional, intelligent, and incredibly efficient. But more importantly, he goes far beyond what one would expect from a concierge. Rather than simply providing service, he felt like the kind of travel companion everyone hopes to have - thoughtful, attentive, and always one step ahead.

Everything - whether I thought of it or not - was already carefully prepared. I spend nearly 1/3 of every year staying in hotels around the world, and I can’t even remember the last time I met a hotel staff member who treated guests with such warmth, sincerity, and family-like care.
Wilson is truly rare.
Because of him alone, I know for sure that I will return to Taipei, and I will return to Le Méridien Taipei.

I would also like to thank Vicky Fang, who is incredibly sweet and attentive. Every interaction with Vicky was a pleasure, and seeing her always brightened my day.

Thank you as well to all the other team members whose names I may not know, I truly appreciate everything you did.

Pleasant and comfortable stay
Pros:

Near malls, not that far from MRT, well-maintained rooms. Really appreciated having the larger than usual space for my luggage (they also provided a luggage rack which I didn't even need to use) and sufficient clothes hangers.

However I felt the light at the bathroom mirror could be a lot brighter and for some reason the shower stall was very dimly lit. Breakfast was rather basic and slightly lacking in variety (very personal opinion though).

Small incident: I got my room key card but did not immediately enter the room as I was busy with work. About an hour later, I tried to enter my room and realised both key cards didn't work. Got them reprogrammed at the front desk, entered my room, only to find that there was a guy in there polishing the shower fixtures. He looked very shocked to see me and asked if that was my room. Since I still had work to do, I exited the room and left him to continue his work. No harm done.
