Good hotel for a short stay. Close to airport and good value for money.
Pros:

Availability of hot drinks in reception was nice.
Room was simple but clean

Cons:

Airport shuttles don’t run very frequently and weren’t on time. Hotel itself no complaints

Pros:

Absolutely loved my stay here. We just stayed one night before our cruise however this was a hotel I could have stayed longer at. Very clean and nice rooms. Well maintained. 5 miles from cruise port. They have a shuttle that takes you and drops off at port. And also if your like us we drove so they even allow you to park your car for the duration of your cruise at a discounted price. This will be my go to hotel in the future for Miami trips. And they also have a very nice restaurant and bar at the hotel as well. Wonderful experience.

Pros:

It was clean and had shuttle to and from airport. Also has shuttle to and from cruise port for $12 each way which was cheaper than a Uber

Cons:

Wish breakfast was included but I found it didn't matter.

Other than the shuttle airport pick up and drop off everything at the hotel was as expected

Cons:

When a person book at this hotel, there should be a correspondence to the customer. Where the pickup shuttle would be? What number at door section etc. At airport the customer should be at. I was 2 hours at different places waiting for the hotel shuttle only to call and informed I was at the wrong pick up spot. No one at best western gave at the time booking what locations to be at neither was no signs posted. I was given difference information from airport personnel. I was left crying, exhausted listening to people telling me this and that only to be still at wrong pick up area where best western didn't pick up. Totally unacceptable. A customer would never know that information. That information should be given once customer purchased or reserved a room and flying in to the airport from best western to eliminate this problem.
