Cons:

This stay was supposed to be refunded because they did not offer the shuttle service when I arrived. I called the hotel and they said they would refund me. They were not willing to accommodate me because of flight delays.

Pros:

The room, bed were ok.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that breakfast was included in my reservation and I did not feel there was much choice + the person handling the breakfast could be nicer in a way she speaks to customers.

Mediocre stay in a sketchy neighborhood
Pros:

The staff were friendly, and the lobby was updated.

Cons:

The beds were incredibly lumpy and uncomfortable. This was a dated property that still had air units in the room that were very noisy. Unfortunately, we were located near the stairwell that also contributed to the noise level.
