Pros:

Staff was nice

Cons:

Bathroom tub had stains. The room was very noisy ac made strange noises all night and rooms are not sound proof as you can hear everything.

it was pretty nice for a beat western

Cons:

the customer service was lacking. my card was charged a one night hold the night before, then $200 when i got there, then when i left they charged my card for the entire amount. so my room was supposed to be around $430 but my card was charged a total of $630 and the extra $200 has yet to be released back to my card and it’s been one week since i checked out. i called and the associate was not very helpful. she said she would send me the invoice, i never got it and then she told me to “call my bank or do whatever you gotta do”.

The entire hotel staff was outstanding throughout our stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. We especially appreciated the breakfast team.

Cons:

The room was generally comfortable, but the air conditioning made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. It was quite noisy, and we couldn't set the temperature to our preferred level, which made the room too cold at times. Improving the air conditioning system or allowing guests more control over the temperature would make the overall experience much better.

Pros:

Great staff. Lounge with food and drink that was offered for pay. Snacks and computers available.

Cons:

There was a problem with the air conditioning and it kept us awake a good part of the night...... The elevator took way too long to come down. One of the blinds in our room wouldn't close all the way.
