Im großen und ganzen waren wir zufrieden.

Eine ungarische Angestellte hat nicht mal gefragt ob wir was trinken wollen. Wir waren nur zu viert im Kaffeehaus. Sie sagte sie hat keine Zeit zu viel Arbeit. Wir mussten das Trinken selbst holen. Zeit zum unterhalten mit den Kollegen hatte sie reichlich.
Das war am Dienstag. Am Mittwoch war eine
junge Frau von Österreich. Sehr freundlich und fleißig. Da sieht man den Unterschied...
Schade.. solche Angestellte gehören sofort entlassen. Die Geschäftsleitung müsste sofort handeln. Schade um Jufa Veitsch

Hétvégi kirándulás
Pros:

A recepción kedvesen fogadtak minket. Svédasztalos reggeli bőséges választékkal. A hotelhez nagy parkoló tartozik, az autót kényelmesen le tudtuk tenni. Tisztaság a hotel teljes területére jellemző.

Cons:

Nem a képen látható szobát kaptuk, amikor szóltam a recepción, hogy a képen erkélyes szoba szerepel (leírásban ott volt az is, hogy belső udvarra néző és belső udvarra csak erkélyesek néznek) kedvesen felajánlották, hogy 5 euróért/éjszaka tudok szobát cserélni. Ezzel nem éltünk, nem szerettünk volna többet fizetni azért a szobáért amit eleve foglaltunk. Megtévesztőnek gondolom, hogy egy klasszikus szobához jobb képeket töltenek fel, majd extra költséget kellene fizetni, hogy igénybe tudjuk venni. És hiába csak 5 euró, egyből volt egy csalódás élményünk.
Az épület kissé régi volt, a fürdőben 10-20 másodpercet kellett várni, hogy a lámpa felkapcsolódjon és az elszívó sem működött, ami egyébként tele volt porral.
A leírásban szerepeltek a fürdőszobai pipere cuccok, azokat nem kaptunk.
Alsó bejárati ajtó kártya nélkül is működött, vagyis valójában nem volt zárt a hotel.

Ist ein tolles Hotel für Schullandwochen, die Zimmer haben aber für einen Familienurlaub keinen Hotel Charakter!
Pros:

Vielfältiges Sport- und Unterhaltungsangebot. Frühstück super, Abendessen wie im Internat.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr einfach eingerichtet und abgewohnt

Großes Zimmer,tolle Ausstattung wie Hallenbad,Rutsche,Saunen.
Frisches und ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Es gab nicht sehr viele Parkplätze,jedoch fand man außerhalb des Privatgeländes welche.
Den Buffetpreis für das Abendessen mit ca 20 Euro fand ich ziemlich hoch,außerdem wären da einfachere Speisen,welche auch Kinder gerne essen interessanter.

Guter Aufenthaltsort für Familienurlaub
Pros:

Frühstück und Abendessen als Buffet. Die Auswahl ist ordentlich und gut. Abendessen kostet (2026) um die 20€/ Person, Getränke immer extra - nur Wasser ( Leitung ) kostenlos. Parkplätze am Haus. Mit der Zimmerkarte kommt man umsonst in das Hallenbad im Haus ( ist das öffentliche Bad von Veitsch ). Viele Freitzeitmöglichkeiten ( Bsp. Bogenschiessen, Tennis, Ski ) nach Anmeldung möglich. Landschaft sehr schön, zum Wandern und Rad fahren. Zimmer sind groß, ordentliche Möblierung. Alles sauber. Personal in Ordnung. Aufzug und Skiraum vorhanden. Spiel- und Kletterzimmer, Billardtisch ( Gebühr 2€ ).

Cons:

Kleinigkeiten ( persönlicher Art ).
