The ladies in reception were absolutely amazing accommodating my daughter’s severe allergies to food and allowing us to eat in the lounge away from the dining room. The staff went above and beyond for us and we were very grateful for their kindness
The room we had was a twin and the beds were softer than we are used to but the linens made up for it. The shower was troublesome as the water sprayed over the floor and up the door which seemed to have happened in the past
Food in restaurant was good.

Friendly, professional staff provided a warm welcome. Room was excellent. Shower was fantastic. Breakfast was excellent with brilliant quality ingredients which were abundant. Would highly recommend.
Not a lot
Room wasn't that clean curtains hanging off rails. Doors dirty wall all dirty marks on them decor not up to standard for what they charge for .
Very friendly staff and very helpful, didn’t eat in the hotel but what I heard from other guests the food was very good , the room was very clean and a good size with a touch of Scottish flair, the shower room was modern and shower itself was well maintained and the grounds were well maintained, would stay again , also a walk into Inverness centre didn’t take long

L'hôtel est très beau dans un cadre exceptionnel a 15mn du centre ville à pied.
Chambre confortable et salle de bain spacieuse.

Well located, spacious rooms including family room options
I wish it was clearly mentioned that the swimming pool is in fact booked every evening from 4-7.30pm for local swimming classes which ,means hotel guests are effectively not able to use it. So the entire reason we booked this place was in fact not available. Also the conditions were not great, needs repair and maintenance
Location and staff were lovely. Quiet area
Bed was uncomfy as mattress took hard. Hotel a little tired looking and spa facilities were limited to pool only as sauna broken. Pool floor was gritty so needed cleaning. Unfortunately kids summer hols so swimming lessons on too. Didn't have breakfast as a lovely cafe just along road was amazing.

L'amabilité du personnel, la chambre spacieuse, la bouilloire avec thé,café,sucre, lait dans la chambre, l'offre d'un petit déjeuner écossais typique à côté du buffet complet au petit déjeuner
L'absence d'isolation phonique dans les chambres : on entend tout des voisins à côté et au dessus.
Notre chambre située au 1er étage donnait sur un mur donc peu de luminosité mais pas trop gênant pour nous.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommene Einrichtung. Es war etwas stickig, ein Ventilator im Zimmer war hilfreich. Im Bad könnte neu gestrichen werden sowie neue Duscharmaturen angebracht werden, das hebt den Komfort direkt.
Zimmer sehr hellhörig.
