Ok, but various areas needing attention.
Pros:

Nice wee hotel, let down by a few things. Staff are fine, we had a large room with large bathroom. As the hotel was quiet the breakfasts were made to order and good.
It was let down by things like bathroom fittings that were hanging off and lamps not working. The hotel charges guests for parking, despite having a large car park and being located in a residential area about 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre. When we arrived there was a group of men playing dominoes in the lounge, an activity that apparently had to be accompanied by constant and loud swearing - not the best impression to give guests.

Cosy hotel ideal for short stay but check they serve food in evening
Pros:

The hotel was lovely and warm on arrival, the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The changing rooms in the pool were freezing. On the second evening, Saturday, the kitchen was closed, due to staff shortages, they forgot to tell us. I then had to take my 5 year old out into the cold to get food.
