Clean & comfortable room

Airport shuttle was very prompt from the hotel. However, the website should specify that city bus 29 takes you in front of the hotel free of charge from the airport.

Nice residential area, good restaurant within walking distance, and good food at hotel. Easy walk to airport or bus ride.

Convenient for early flight departure with shuttle rvety 30mins or walking distance

Spend more money, and go somewhere else. An automated robot check-in in Japan is better service than in this place. Nothing open late which is a bit silly for an airport hotel, felt unwelcome, and directed to budget Ibis across street by staff who didn't want to be there.

Will not be returning.

Brilliant Clean friendly hotel, approx 15 minutes walk from the airport {We didnt hear any planes despite being near the airport}. Room basic but clean. Bus to the city stopped outside, and after a 15 min walk back to the airport you can get a FREE bus or tram to the city.

This hotel is ideal as it’s close to the airport especially for an early morning flight at like 06:00am . They have a shuttle that you can book for free to take you from the hotel to the airport in the early morning flights. Also there’s the bus 29 from the airport that stops right outside the hotel. Remember all public transport in Luxembourg is free and the water is drinkable.

The hotel has adequate facilities in the room although basic. A one night stay suffices. The TV was great with lots of English speaking channels etc and rooms clean . There’s a gym but it’s small and no weights just treadmills, stepper etc

From checking in to having a evening drink, breakfast the staff was excellent

As expected basic room, clean and comfortable for a short stay. No tea/coffee making facility within room. Its minutes walk from airport and minutes to the tram and bus terminal which was ideal for our visit. Continental breakfast available with a reasonable choice. Overall suited our short stay at a reasonable price.

Beds very comfortable room needs a kettle and hairdryer was broken.

The location is very close to Luxembourg Airport—just a 6-minute walk to Terminal 1 and steps away from several bus stops.

The hotel did not provide a shuttle service as advertised on their hotels.com listing when we requested it. Even though it’s only a 6-minute walk, it could still be an issue if you have a lot of luggage.

There’s no kettle in the room, you’ll need to request one at the reception desk.

I was glad we only had to stay 2 days in this hotel. My daughter and I are both stressed with the bathroom and showering. Shower was stressful as it didnt feel safe with a very slippery floor with no handrail to hold on to. And because of the size, water splashes everywhere. Shampoo and liquid body soap didn't smell right. Very basic hotel that doesn't correspond with the price.
And, shuttle to the airport the entire time wasn't available. No refrigerator nor coffee or even a bottled water available. And they don't come to clean the room.

Very nice hotel, close to airport. Very friendly and knowledgeable front desk workers and very accommodating. We would stay again as part of another trip

Must admit I've stayed in a few Budgets and this one felt tired. Not much of a welcome as we were all first timers to Luxembourg and perhaps we expected more. B/fast made up for some of the dullness and the bar was an added bonus. You had to walk or drive to find any decent evening meal

The web page said that there was a shuttle but there was no shuttle. This is a problem because of rain and construction
