It wasn't bad.
Pros:

The staff are friendly and helpful. The view of my room was nice but there was no veranda! I asked to change it but the hotel was fully booked.

Cons:

The bathroom in my room was smelly, the shower hose was leaking, and the housekeeping service wasn't up to expectations.

There were a lot of flies in the buffet area, and the presentation of the food wasn't delighting. Took much time to respond to my request.

Les très très nombreuses personnes qui viennent juste pour la journée
Be comprends certains commentaires concernant le personnel. Nous avons de la chance à notre arrivée mais c'est vrai que le 2e jour, l'accueil était moins sympathique

Pros:

Fantastic for families, the kids pools are great. Staff very helpful and friendly. Nice SPA tratments. We got an upgrade on the room, which was spacious and nice. We will definitely go back!

Not worth it
Pros:

Cons:

Flies all over the food during breakfast.
WiFi never worked in our rooms even though we requested them to fix it multiple times
The water in the bathtub was running slow
Kids pool is so cold, crowded and not clean
The day-use concept ruined everything for the residents
I've been into 4 stars hotels before I have never seen one that bad.

I suggest to the management of the hotel to stop focusing on the quantity and focus on the quality as my family did not enjoy the stay

Pros:

Ideal to visit Dead Sea

Cons:

We were virtually the only ones there which isn’t the hotels fault at all but gave off a wierd vibe (Iran-Israel war)
Some communication difficulties when we asked to book another night and assumed we would pay on departure the next day but security came to our room at 9.30 to ask us to pay then.
Dead Sea was amazing however.
