Pros:

In the 1st place I was touched by the kindness and support of all the staff in all the areas of the hotel.

Cons:

The coffee bar was not available. The pools could be cleaner. The area next to the sea should be fixed and look more presentable.

Our stay was average from property perspective but staff made up for it with their friendliness and welcoming nature.
Pros:

The friendliness of the staff, very helpful and kind and caring. Location was nice.

Cons:

The pool we wanted to use was not accessible, were told only used for special functions. Overall the hallways looked a bit run down. The beds were not very comfortable. Floor level balcony sliding door would not lock!
The property could use a bit of an update and renovations.

Great location on the Dead Sea.
Pros:

Balcony room with a Dead Sea View, lots of outlets, fridge that keeps our water cold! Room is on same floor as lobby. Bathroom - with tub - is spacious. Room for our two large suitcases. Meals were good! People we dealt with were nice and friendly.

Cons:

Check-in process was a mess. We asked for two beds and were shown to a suite with ONE bed. Ugh. It took a while to get that room and a few more minutes to get the type of room I had requested. The Bellman was very helpful in expediting the change. Then, I asked for extra towels. After two requests, we finally received them - it had been 1 1/2 hours…
That first night, I took a bath and the bathroom FLOODED! I went to the front desk and explained - nothing happened. 24 hours later - and a potential flood avoided, I called twice and two men came and fixed it! A floor drain in the bathroom was clogged - it got fixed!
More times than not, I have called the front desk and received NO answer. Very frustrating.

Cons:

Nothing good to like . Start from the arivel until you to your room. They making They'll open an investigation file with you. You have to explain to them what you booked and how you paid through Booking.com. You have to prove to them that you have an extra bed. You also have to prove and explain that you have breakfast and dinner included. They'll charge you 6 dinars for ice, 6 dinars for a cup of tea, and 3 dinars for a can of cola.

Pros:

The cleanliness, friendly staff and the great service. The breakfast was good also and the fact the World Cup matches were available to watch

Cons:

The pool water was not being filtered all around the clock it was getting stale and oily - the mattress is so bad and old very very uncomfortable. The bidet was not working well
