Lo único que no me gustó fue que, cuando fui a hacer la reserva, nos cobraban una cantidad, y a las tres o cuatro horas, después de haber hablado con mi marido, la cantidad había subido como 70 euros.

The location is good. 5 stops with a bus to the centre. The room was clean and with good size. The breakfast was very good. The price is excellent. You get much more for your money compared to other 4 stars hotels in the city. The staff were kind and very helpful.
Because of some malfunction (as we were told) there were no lights in the underground parking of the hotel. It was dark as a cave, literally. We had to use flashlights from our phones to see where the elevator to the reception was. HOWEVER, as a compensation the hotel did not charge us for the parking. Otherwise we would have to pay 17.50 euros for one night. I think that was kind and fair treatment from the hotel’s side.

Las vistas, la comodidad, el personal. Un lugar para repetir.
La habitación no estaba bien limpia, más bien era como que no habían pasado el polvo. Quiero pensar que llevaba un tiempo cerrada y pusieron sábanas y listo, olía bien y el baño estaba correcto. Pero pasabas el dedo por encima de los muebles y dejabas el surco. Por lo demás bien.
Staff is great! Location is quiet but 24 mins walking to downtown.
No light on parking (literally dark), elevator was slow and faulty, aircon on the room faulty and the room was warm.
In business terms this is probably a cash cow hotel with no investments being made

Non avere niente in camera per farsi un caffè o un tè...visto che nell'hotel non c'è un bar interno ,solo macchinette e tristissimi prodotti confezionati...tra l'altro a prezzi assurdi...E siccome nella zona non c'è granché ed era anche tutto chiuso...il disservizio si sente..
