La struttura molto particolare dell'hotel, le camere spaziose e il buon collegamento con il centro

Cons:

Pros:

Frühstück guter Standard, viel frisches Obst, gute Auswahl an Brot und Brötchen, Kaffeeautomat vom Prinzip sehr gut gedacht, jedoch Staufalle, wenn das Hotel gut gebucht ist. Lage war für uns perfekt, weil 2 U-Bahn-Stationen fußläufig in geringer Entfernung zu erreichen waren.

Pros:

Wunderbares Ambiente in der ehemaligen Fabrik, der Innenhof ist echt toll, schade, dass das Restaurant am Wochenende geschlossen hat.
Das Frühstück im hellen Frühstücksraum lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Auch die Lage ist gut, nur wenige U-Bahn-Stationen in die Innenstadt. Schade, dass die Einflugschneise von Schwechat über den Bezirk führt - aber Wien ist halt eine Großstadt. Ansonsten ist es absolut ruhig.

Sehr empfehlenswert und gerne mal wieder
Pros:

Das Hotel hat einen sehr charmanten Charakter. Interessant, was man aus einer ehemaligen Fabrik machen kann ohne die Wurzel zu zerstören. Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen. WLAN funktioniert gut.

Cons:

Die Umgebung ist sehr verkehrsreich durch die nahe Hauptstraße (im Hotel aber nicht zu hören), allerdings ist dadurch auch die U-Bahn gut zu erreichen.

Pros:

Die Atmosphäre des Hotels (histor. Industrie-Architektur!) ist einzigartig. Hinzu kommt die gute Lage an der U-Bahn.
Als besonders angenehm und sympathisch habe ich auch das kleine Gasthaus im Hof des Hotels samt Gastgarten empfunden.

Cons:

Der Preis für die Nächtigung im Doppelzimmer ist stolz aber insgesamt akzeptabel.
Eindeutig nicht akzeptabel ist m.E. der exorbitante Preis für die Einzelnutzung eines Doppelzimmers. Da mein Sohn erst am zweiten Tag meines zweitägigen Aufenthaltes angereist ist, musste ich für die erste Nacht 139 € bezahlen, Sorry, Leute, das ist für diese Kategorie in der Lage zu viel! Hier wäre - zumal für Stammkunden - eine kulantere Preisgestaltung zu erwarten gewesen. Schade wegen dieses Wermustropfens für einen ansonsten schönen Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Location mit guter U-Bahn Anbindung.
Pros:

Der ruhige Innenhof mit dem Vogelgesang war wunderschön. Eine Amsel hat und jeden Tag begrüst. Die Leute waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Aus dem Zimmer hatten wir einen Blick in den Innenhof. Unser Zimmer war nicht sehr gross, aber total ausreichend. Wir waren ja für die Stadt selber da. Bei einer nächsten Reise würden wir dieses Hotel wieder wählen.

Cons:

Das einzige was wir ergänzen würden, sind Ablageflächen in der Dusche oder im Bereich des Waschbeckens.

Wir haben uns im Hotel Fabrik sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wegen der sehr netten familiären Atmosphäre
Pros:

Bzgl. Frühstück: Sehr gut die auf Wunsch frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen und der - neben reichlichem Obst -, sehr gute, frische Obstsalat mit Müsliangebot, frischem Joghurt...
Bzgl. Zimmer: Uns wurde ohne Aufpreis ein Superior Zimmer angeboten.
Bzgl. Lage: Es sind mehrere U-Bahn-Linien in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, ca. 20 min zum Zentrum
