Wenn Wien, dann wieder Fabrik-Hotel!
Pros:

Wie hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Sehr gutes Frühstück mit viel frischem, schmackhaften Obst in einem großen, hellen Raum. Sehr freundliche Bedienung.
Der Hof der ehemaligen Fabrik, ist durch die vielen gepflegten Pflanzen zu einer grünen Sauerstoff - Oase geworden. Die Betten gut, die Zimmer auch.
Die Klimaanlage war in der Hitzewelle lebensrettend. Man hat eine gute Anbindung an Tram und U-Bahn. Nach Schönbrunn und selbst bis zum Stephansplatz, sind wir gelaufen.

Cons:

Die feinen (zugegeben sehr langsamen) Spinnen, die in einigen Zimmer- und Flurecken hängen. Sie wandern, wenn es dunkel ist.....

Perfekter Zufluchtsort!
Pros:

Ich habe in diesem Hotel Zuflucht vor der Hitze gesucht und gefunden (ich wohne in Wien). Ich war eigentlich nur wegen der Klima-Anlage dort. Das Hotel ist aber sehr entzückend, das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre das i-Tüpfelchen gewesen, aber das ist schon das Einzige.

Angenehm erholsames und baulich interessantes Hotel in bester ÖPNV-Lage.
Pros:

Hotel in einer Baumwollfabrik. Ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Liebevoll begrünter Innenhof mit Schornstein. Ruhig. Gute Lage zur U-Bahn. Gutes Frühstück, Gläserner Lift.

Cons:

Frühstückszeit mur bis 9.30 Uhr unter der Woche, Freisitze im Innenhof wären schön.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichen hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern
Pros:

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Erscheinungsbild der Anlage war wie im Angebot beschrieben, Top-Erhaltungszustand. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, Extra-Wünsche werden gern erfüllt. Das Frühstücksbüfet ist reichhaltig und die Produkte frisch.
Was für uns sehr erfreulich war und wir bei der Buchung gar nicht so genau wußten, ist die sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Mit der U4 erreicht man den Karlsplatz / Oper (Innenstadt nach 3 Stationen, und Schlossbrunn ebenfalls so fix in die andere Richtung) und die Taktung der Züge: 3 Minuten !


Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert und wir werden bei unserem nächsten Wienbesuch dort wieder wohnen.
