Pros:

Deliziosa struttura familiare, con un bel giardino, diverse casette, una gatta dolcissima che viene a salutare con discrezione e in capo a tutto Eliza, donna vitale e generosa. Al mio arrivo, vedendomi spersa (era già buio), mi ha portato con sé a fare il giro della città, spiegandomi tutto l'essenziale e consegnandomi preziose e ormai rare mappe cartacee. Alla mia partenza, mi ha regalato un braccialetto fatto da suo padre, che pure ho conosciuto. Ho dormito benissimo, in un monolocale su misura per me.

Cons:

Considerate una ventina di minuti per andare a piedi in città. Non è molto ed è più facile di quel che sembra al primo sguardo, ma se dovete andare e venire più volte nella giornata conviene munirsi degli orari del bus.

The grounds are beautiful, it has a pool, parking, pet friendly. There are many areas to sit outside and have your coffee or drinks and an amazing view. The rooms were charming and well equipped. It is well located in Agios Nikolaos in a quiet neighborhood and right across from a small beach and very close to one of our favorite places we ate (Kri Kri) and our favorite coffee shop (Drop). The best thing about this place is the hospitality of the owners. Eliza welcomes you with a big smile and makes sure you have everything you need. You can have frappes with George in the morning and it’s a lovely experience.

A beautiful tranquil oasis
Pros:

The hosts could not have been more friendly or helpful, Eliza pointed out all the best restaurants and beaches and they did not disappoint. Beautiful mature shady garden with views and a pool. The frappé coffee was a lovely touch

Wir haben die Nähe zu einem kleinen Strand geschätzt, auch wenn dort Motorboote lagen.

Cons:

Wir mussten unseren Urlaub vorzeitig abbrechen und sind auf fünf Tagen Unkosten sitzen geblieben. Ursache war die Mückenplage.

A piece of heaven surrounded by nature

What an amazing stay we had at Hotel Eliza, we received such a warm friendly welcome from Eliza, she gave us coffee and a map with lots of recommendations of places to go. The hotel is set in the most beautiful gardens, our room was a gorgeous traditional Greek apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet/shower, on the walls hung the most gorgeous paintings done by Eliza’s father a very talented artist, we were given a handmade souvenir from him which we will treasure, Eliza’s mum gave us a friendly hello every day and an offer of coffee. The hotel has amazing views across the bay, the beach is just across the road with tavernas and bars close by. Agios centre is a short walk along the coast road. I would recommend this beautiful traditional Cretan hotel to anyone. Thank you Beautiful Eliza and family for your amazing hospitality, you are such a lovely family and we will never forget our wonderful time spent at your gorgeous Hotel 💕

Petit hotel familial et chaleureux
Pros:

Nous avons adoré l'accueil, Eliza et son père sont aux petits soins, ils font tout pour que nous soyons bien.
Les lieux sont très calmes avec une petite piscine vue sur la mer.
Les logements peuvent paraître assez anciens mais sont bien équipés et très propres, on s'y sent comme à la maison.
Les lieux sont très arboré et bien entretenus.
Agios Nikolaos est a 25 mn à pied

Great place to stay and would certainly book again
Pros:

Great apartment, with all the facilities that you need and parking. The apartment was spotlessly clean and in a good state of repair.

The host was amazing, great comms before travelling, coffees on arrival, regularly checking in to ensure that everything was ok. Also provided plenty of restaurant recommendations - which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Only a short walk to the beach, with a lovely coffee shop on the way. Restaurants and bars only a short walk away, with a 20 min relaxing walk into town.
