The breakfast spread was excellent, with high-quality ingredients and a great selection to start the day. It would be even better if there were more variety in the offerings from day to day, but overall it was a very enjoyable dining experience.

Centrally location near Tianhe District, with easy access to Teemall via a link path.
Clean comfortable room. Big bathroom with a tub. The property allows us to keep our luggage after check out, and take bath before going to airport.
Many yummy food around hotel, and a super market Aeon at the basement of Teemall. Fruits are super fresh and affordable. My son goes to the gym nightly, and enjoyed the facility.
We had booked 3nights with the property. All days were good, except on the 4th day morning. The toilet was filled with cigarette smell, very likely from another room. When we informed the staff, they sent in a purifier, but plug head not suitable for toilet socket. She requested to plug at the boiler table but we can’t boil hot water for coffee. And moreover it could not blow into the toilet, so no point. Then she came back with a short extension wire that could not even reach the floor and can’t even reach the toilet. Hotel didn’t offer for any service recovery after making such an unpleasant morning for us, and the smoke smell. Though it’s a small issue, but we were quite disappointed it was not solved in an appropriate manner.
Anyways, despite the issue, we still enjoyed the 3nights comfort stay overall.

Прекрасный, современный отель с отличным расположением в центре города, все рядом: метро, множество кафе, ресторанов, торговых центров, разные достопримечательности, парки. Номер достаточно просторный, вид на город и бассейн, наличие халатов и тапочек, туалетно-косметические принадлежности, принадлежности для чая/кофе, убирались в номере хорошо. Есть открытый бассейн. В отеле прекрасное обслуживание, завтраки вкусные и обширные, на любой вкус. Отель рекомендую для посещения!
