A truly caring stay with outstanding staff support during a difficult time.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and a special thanks to the manager on duty during our stay—when we faced a medical situation, they went above and beyond by assisting us in contacting a hospital and recommending the best option to overcome the language barrier.

Очень удобный вариант в самом центре туристической жизни Гуанчжоу, но с нюансами
Pros:

Безусловно – расположение точпик, рядом вообще всё включая метро прямая линия до аэропорта! Прямо из отеля вход в огромный торговый центр тоже очень удобно, вечером есть где поужинать привычной европеизированной едой. Завтраки довольно неплохие. Заселяют на час-2 раньше времени. Номера довольно большие. Удобные кровати, подушки.

Cons:

Номера довольно потрепанные, явно уже требуют обновления.

Cons:

Baştan tüm ödemeyi almalarına rağmen, depozitoyu eksik almışız diye sürekli not bıraktılar, çok huzursuzluk vericiydi. Zaten otelde ekstra yapabilecek bir şey yok, masraf olursa çıkarken ödenir, hem hata yapıp depozito yu eksik almışlar ; hemde hatalı biz gibi sürekli arayıp huzrsuz ettiler. Çok kötüydü

Fantastic stay! Seamless check-in straight from the taxi. The staff are incredibly responsive, and the rooms are clean and welcoming with the most comfortable beds. Don't skip the breakfast the food is amazing and the atmosphere is surprisingly tranquil and relaxing. A great escape in the middle of the city.

Гостиница соответствовала ожиданиям, чисто, номер не маленький, кровать удобная, отличное местоположение, вкусный разнообразный завтрак.

Cons:

Персонал плохо говорит по английски, в ресторане на ужине сложно было объяснить что хотим. Взяли депозит в два раза больше суммы бронирования и не разблокировали через два дня
