Great location, close to La Candelaria and Monserrate. Nice room with a partial view of the National museum. It's close to a main avenue so you will hear some noise from the transit. On Sundays that avenue is only for pedestrians.But is safe to walk to the hotel.

Localização perto do museu nacional e da rua bonita. Com ônibus perto e de fácil acesso pra área histórica e para montserrate. Café da manhã bom.
Lo que No me gusto fue la dificultada para comunicarme telefónicamente . Perdí mi documento de identidad y quería saber si de pronto alguien lo había encontrado en el restaurante habitación etc . Peso no fue posible que respondieran al teléfono

Centrally located in Tequendama. National museum is literally next door. Major transportation bus is across the street, along with Starbucks, Juan Valdez and a small slew of restaurants etc. Great location. Museum of contemporary art, the old bull ring, a wonderful Park is nearby and plenty of security.
Ibis has Ikea like furniture. Not a problem, but the beds are low. Almost futon low. Adults want real beds. Breakfast is overpriced. It is Colombia, not London. They shut down the outside seating area to rework some electrical or something. Or a private event. Or whatever the excuses were. That's the main reason we booked was to be able to sit outside sheltered since it rains a lot in Bogota. Some riff raff in the area, including stair seating all the way up to the outside seating area property line - imagine stairs on a hill. And all the riff Raff and delivery drivers were smoking pot. After our departure there were protests including water cannon outside the hotel, but this is South America. Anywhere could have a protest at any moment. But it's clean, with security and a great bar and good staff and luggage storage and decent food.

La ubicación y la limpieza
La falta de mantenimiento, me hicieron subir y bajar varias veces porque la tarjeta de la habitación no funcionaba, las luces no prendían desde la entrada de la habitación así que tocaba dejar la puerta abierta para poder ver y prender la luz del baño que era lo más cercano y finalmente deje mis productos de limpieza facial en una bolsita en el clóset y me robaron el retinol (no lo reporte en ese momento porque pensé en validarlo primero al llegar a casa, confirmar efectivamente que lo había llevado)

Fue incómodo hacer el check in y check out. No había claridad o flexibilidad porque mi vuelo se atrasó y llego tarde.
The location is excellent, the room is comfortable and well soundproofed, the breakfast is enjoyable, and the staff is efficient and attentive, fast internet.
Breakfast could have more gluten free options.
