気分害すことが多かった
Pros:

10/4チェックイン時の受付スタッフが最悪だったせいか、夜間〜朝方の受付スタッフさんの態度はとても良かった。
製氷機サービスは良い。
枕は固め、軟らかめと２個備えてあり、高さ調整できてとても良い。クッションが高反発だと尚良い。

Cons:

1.チェックイン時、受付女子２人の態度の悪さに、こんなホテルに泊まるのか！？と憤慨した！！（２人共まず笑顔がない。
１人は説明の仕方がわかりづらい、１人は客を終始見下した目つきをしていた）
2.浴槽の排水口に、前の客のホコリやゴミの絡んだ髪の毛が溜まっていて大変不快であった！！
3.朝食は1日目和食、2日目洋食を注文したが両方に同じおかずが何品もあり和洋の区別がない。ウィンナーはガチガチ硬く、ロールパンはいつのを出してるのか！？と風味なくパサついていた。
4.室内に備えてあるドライヤーは、持つ手まで熱くなり使いづらい。

部屋の掃除がいきとどいてとても清潔感ある部屋でした

喫煙部屋で自分もタバコ吸うので臭いは仕方ないが窓を少しでも開けれて空気入れ替えできたなら良かったかな
