Pilio Sea Horizon hotel

Showing on the Hotels.com map as the very close to the sea, but it”s not (10min by car). Delicious breakfast, clean swiming pool.

À la réservation, il y a bien sûr ce gros décalage entre un hôtel qui annonce ses **** et les tarifs proposés: trop gros pour que ce soit une bonne affaire, surtout dans la région très touristique du Pelion.
On n’est vraiment, mais vraiment pas au niveau d’un ****, mais ça, on s’en doutait. Mais, comme le niveau de service d’un hôtel est fait de détails, même pour un **, qui correspondrait au prix pratiqué,, la prestation n’est pas satisfaisante : la chambre n’est pas prête à notre arrivée (a 19h), le cendrier en terrasse est à peine vidé. pas nettoyé, la chambre n’est pas irréprochable, la salle de bain est d’une autre époque, le wifi, non sécurisé, est quasi inutilisable, il n’y a pas d’eau chaude en fin de journée, le petit dej est majoritairement industriel, …
Et pourtant il y a ce site, exceptionnel, ces jolies petits bâtiments et une partie du personnel qui fait de son mieux dans ce désastre

Ένα μέτριο ξενοδοχείο με ακριβή διαμονή! Φαίνεται πως παλιά πρέπει να να ήταν ένα ωραίο ξενοδοχείο αλλά δεν έχει γίνει καμία συντήρηση! Καθαριότητα μέτρια, πρωινό αρκετά καλό, στρώμα και μαξιλάρια άβολα, οι ομπρέλες στην πισίνα μισό χαλασμένες, θέα και τοποθεσία πολύ ωραία…..

Great hotel and very good breakfast

Excellent view.
Some rooms did not even had doors, you had to go inside through the window (ie room 822)
The breakfast was good, but to get from the room to the point that it was served you had to "climb" quite a number of stairs (no elevators)
The locations was very good but you need a car.

The staff was very polite. The hotel was definitely NOT a 4 star hotel, it was too old and many things (eg the room door, the fridge, the aircondition) were broken. Also the first room they gave us was very small, with no windows.

Stunning views from the hotel, beautifully designed hotel tucked into the mountainside, friendly staff (brought us free coffees when we missed the breakfast hours), very simple rooms that were sufficiently clean and comfortable, water was hot and water pressure was nice. Saw a few small bugs in the bathroom, but I still would not hesitate to stay here again. Pool area is really amazing overlooking the sea and mountain

Extremely friendly at check-in. Beautiful room with ocean views over the Aegean Sea.
Would recommend to friends and family.

The rooms in this hotel are large and cleaned well. Furniture is a little outdated but in good condition. The hotel has a pool with bar serving drinks and ice cream. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Down the road you'll find a small beach which could be a bit crowded.

Εξαιρετικος χωρος με ευγενικο προσωπικο , ξεχωριζει ο Αλεξανδρος στην υποδοχη , ησυχο περιβαλον , πρωινο παρα πολυ καλο με ονειρική θέα.Απλα αριστο για τα χρηματα που δινεις.

Ι liked the kindness of the staff and the view.
I didn' t like the so many stairs!!!

I didn't that they told me that they didn't find A face cream that i forgot in the room.

It would be helpful to be said that the too many stairs between reception. parking, swimming pool, and restaurant for old people are inconvenient.
Also, the phone lines were very bad.

Nice place but the rooms were horrible. No windows and 163 stairs to reach the rooms!!!!! I was very disappointed. I don't recommend it for no-one to stay there!

Nettes Hotel, das schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Es besticht durch seine traumhafte Lage mit einem wundervollen Blick über das Meer. Sehr freundliches Servicepersonal und abwechslungsreiche griechische Küche. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen durch den Pilion und die Erkundung der traumhaften Strände.

Pilio Holiday Club is a solid Hotel with a beautiful old stile outside look,nice pool, restaurant and lounge room. Staff is friendly and very helpful.
Food is very good and it is usual local Greek cuisine.
It has fabulous mountain neighborhood with great small clean beaches.
Overall very good place to stay for families and young people.
