The staff, the view of the roof terrace, the lobby entrance and the floor entry are all superb. The room is ok, shower and bed are good quality. An efficient layout, without loosing comfort. The bathroom is half open (toilet and shower are closed with a glass door). The view over the city is very nice
The minor thing is - although not surprised - that the photos, and especially the one with the hang mock, were not meeting reality. We still are searching for that place. The breakfast buffet was ok, run out quickly while the hotel wasn't full. What to consider is that the hotel is next to El Provenca, so in the evenings, late evening it is noisy. On the ground floor of the complex is a club, so end of week days a not of noise as well. Also in the parking we did see many people (mostly pre-pago girls who just taking their tusi before clubbing and scoring a night job)

For a price and rating - 5 stars a lot of things were not meeting the required quality -- breakfast was quite poor, no bathrobes and slippers even at request - basic minimum for 5 star hotels. Overall disappointing

Me encantó todo respecto al Hotel es hermoso,las habitaciones muy bonitas ,tienen una vista espectacular a las montañas ,la localización el bulevar de Provenza donde están todos los restaurantes y en especial lo digo de corazón la atención que tuvieron todos los trabajadores que nos atendieron desde la muchacha que nos hizo la limpieza,los muchachos que nos atendieron en el desayuno,los de la recepción el security,en fin todos son un amor de personas.
Estuvo todo perfecto, muy céntrico, teniendo Provenza justo en la calle de atrás. El desayuno tipo buffet era perfecto, tenían de todo y también te hacían huevos al gusto.
No hay mucha insonorización en las habitaciones y los fines de semana hay mucha fiesta en la calle y hay un bar-discoteca en frente del hotel, se escucha bastante en las habitaciones, a nosotras nos pasó las primeras dos noches y no pudimos dormir muy bien, el resto de los días fue perfecto!
