Pros:

The staff, the breakfast, excelent location and safety around the building.

Exceeded My Expectations!
Pros:

The rooftop area was really beautiful & they had a lovely co-working space where I sat and comfortably did work while I waited for my room to free up. I also really liked the breakfast buffet and the staff was super friendly & helpful! A+!

Pros:

Tout était très bien avec quelques améliorations

Cons:

Au déjeuner le service a table un peu lent. On demande du poivre et le moulin n'arrive jamais. C'est un point a amélioré sinon les gens y sont sympa.
Un buffet un peu plus étoffé serait cool.
Le jacuzzi, il manque un vestiaire et visible des gens au restaurant.
A améliorer également je pense.

Goede service m.n. van jonge knul die er nog maar net werkte en mensen begeleidde naar hun kamer of naar de taxi. Zeer sympathiek. Ben helaas zijn naam vergeten.

Cons:

Ontbijt was wat rommelig. Geen goede yoghurt optie.

Overall was a great experience mostly for the location

Location and clean!

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like is the noise going through the door into the room we find out the frame of the doors of the entrance of the room. It wasn’t cover properly, so all the sounds go through the frame inside the room like it was happening inside and looks like most of the room have the same problem. They forgot to put some kind of silicone or cover in the frame and the wall

Rundherum zufrieden
Pros:

Das Zimmer und das Hotel insgesamt sind super modern. Die Dachterasse bietet einen tollen Blick über das Tal, wo auch alle Mahlzeiten serviert werden. Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Es liegt direkt am Ausgehviertel ‚El Poblado‘. Zum Metro Train sind es etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
