Ubicación , limpieza y amplitud de las habitaciones.

Me encantó el Hotel, muy cómoda la habitacion, personal muy amable , la ubicación excelente cerca de restaurantes. en el último piso tiene un restaurante que tiene una vista muy linda de la ciudad y ricos platos para probar.
Para ir a la zona húmeda dónde se encuentran los yacuzzi, debes atravesar el restaurante .
El hotel en general es fantástico. La ubicación es una maravilla, el desayuno muy completo, y todas las instalaciones nos encantaron, así como la habitación. El personal fue muy atento, incluso nos ayudaron con el transporte al aeropuerto lo cual apreciamos mucho. Sin duda lo recomendamos muchísimo y ojalá tengamos la oportunidad de volver algún día.
El hotel se encuentra en una zona con mucho ambiente, lo que supone que por la noche haya bastante ruido. No obstante, es el precio a pagar por alojarse en la mejor zona de Medellín, y no es nada que unos buenos tapones para los oídos no puedan solucionar a la hora de dormir.
Ubicación aunque tiene sus pros y contras. Me encantó por ello pero al ser habitaciones plantas bajas había mucho ruido de discotecas. Aún así volvería.

Frühstücksbüffet war gut.
Das Restaurant ist auch zu empfehlen.
Viel zu lauter Luftabzug vom Badezimmer. Wird automatisch gesteuert, deswegen konnte man dem Krach nachts nicht entgehen.
Aber der einzige Minuspunkt.

Excelente lugar, hotel hermoso
Un poco la limpieza del cuarto, un día solo acomodaron las camas, no papel de baño, no café, y se llevaron la targeta que se queda en el cuarto para la luz, tuve que ir al front desk a solicitar otra, un empleado subió conmigo a verificar.
Amazing location, the facilities itself and very helpful staff.
The room could have been designed more thoughtfully, the little things go a long way in making a better impressions on guests e.g there should be a mirror in the room not just the washroom area, there should be more hooks in the washroom for hanging sponge, towel etc and there should be a seperate wall stand in the bathroom for guests own toiletries. We had to put our stuff on the floor! These are little things, but was worth knocking off 3points
