Important information:

If you reserve parking at the apartments, a deposit of €20 is required for the parking remote control. This deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay.

The hotel rooftop will be accessible throughout the season, but the Skybar and jacuzzis will be operational from 15th June until September 15th.

ARRIVAL: Tourist taxes will be requested at your arrival. Amount 0,66€ per person (+16 years) and per night. As this is a government levy, that will never be charged within the total of the reservation, neither before the arrival.

SERVICES: A baby kit suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 35€) Important: Is not allowed to exceed the room’s maximum capacity. Babies makes part of the total capacity. (Except for double room)

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 20 EUR per pet and per day. Please note that pets weighing less than 10 kg are allowed. (Maximum 2 pets per room).

OTHER: When booking full board and half board, please note that drinks are not included.

Great stay, but let down at the last hurdle.

Our last night. I went to reception (around 4am) to asked them to speak to our neighbours, which sadly nobody did.... I had previously knocked on the neighbours door and asked them to keep it down at around 1.30am. it was a group of young lads, asked them to lower the noise that they was making. Music levels was crazy, throwing items, bouncing themselves about against walls and the bed, banging doors and cupboards in the room. We had to check out at 7.15am for an early flight back. I chose this hotel as it was adults only hoping it would be civilised, but now thinking we should have stayed in a family's hotel as at least people would have respected noise levels if there was children in the rooms. It was a shame really, as this was a great hotel otherwise

Bon séjour mais nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel
Pros:

La proximité de la plage. Le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Manque d’équipement dans la chambre (bouilloire, café…) Manque de propreté dans les couloirs pour accéder aux chambres. Nous avons dû demander à 15h de faire notre chambre car ils avaient oublié
Il a fallu également réclamer du gel douche car le flacon était vide à notre arrivée.
Par contre le coût de 20€ par jour pour le chien est exorbitant et surtout annoncé nulle part lors de la réservation. 120€ pour la semaine c’est très cher. Booking pourrait prévenir également

Staff on check in Male guy seemed like he was not with it. They gave me a room with vibrating air con unit I asked them to change rooms but they weren't interested. I wouldn't stay there again.

Ik kan moeilijk een oordeel geven , we waren met een klein hondje op hotel , maar het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, kamer was proper , rest weet ik niet want hondjes zijn nergens toegelaten wat normaal is .

Avoid if you can, the hotel desperately needs an update

The location is fine, they allowed us to keep our luggage after check out.

Cons:

The hotel room itself was very run down.
The ceiling of the room looked like it had moisture damage and had paint peeling off, the floors had chipped floor boards. The bathroom looked “clean”, but on closer inspection of the shower you can see there had been shaved hair stuck to the shower glass panel. Absolutely disgusting.
The curtains did not close properly as some of the curtain tracks had fallen off and the curtain had some holes.
They had central air conditioning that is more like central heating. It was very warm in the room the AC blew hot air- we kept the balcony open which helped cool the room down but this is unacceptable, especially coming up to the warmest months.

The check in wait was long, there was one group of 4 friends ahead of us and almost took 20 minutes for two hotel employees to assist them.

Honestly due to the lack of cleanliness and poor facilities I wouldn’t even let my dog stay here even though it says they are “pet friendly”.
