Important information:

If you reserve parking at the apartments, a deposit of €20 is required for the parking remote control. This deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay.

The hotel rooftop will be accessible throughout the season, but the Skybar and jacuzzis will be operational from 15th June until September 15th.

ARRIVAL: Tourist taxes will be requested at your arrival. Amount 0,66€ per person (+16 years) and per night. As this is a government levy, that will never be charged within the total of the reservation, neither before the arrival.

SERVICES: A baby kit suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 35€) Important: Is not allowed to exceed the room’s maximum capacity. Babies makes part of the total capacity. (Except for double room)

À fuir, même si la nuit est offerte!
Pros:

L'emplacement proche du parc Port Aventura. Mis à part çà à éviter.

Cons:

J'ai pris une nuit sans petit déjeuner.
État de l'hôtel très insatisfaisant.
Matelas inconfortable, on sentait les ressorts.
Cloison des chambres inexistante, on entendait les voisins discuter toute la nuit.
Climatisation inexistante, seul le chauffage fonctionnait.
Salle de bain à la limite de l'insalubrité, bac de douche qui se déforme quand on marche dessus, joints moisis,toilette très sal.
Parquet du sol très usé.
Porte de la chambre qui ferme mal, un jour persiste sur tout le tour de la porte, on entend tout se qui se passait dans la couloir.

El tamaño de la habitación era demasiado pequeño. Éramos 4 y las camas eran de 1,50 y estaban juntas. No había espacio para moverse.

Le buffet trop copieux et surtout pour les les client de confession musulman n avait à manger pour eux ils ont pas penser un peu de halal quand je voyais le matin en petit dej que il y avait énormément de charcuterie non halal et rien pour les musulman à part des œuf tout les matin
Dommage qu il manquait ce stand halal
Quand au ménage les femmes passer rarement la serpillière même le papier hygiénique je demander à la réception pour le prix que j ai payer je regrette ÉNORMÉMENT PLUS JAMAIS JE REMETTERERAIS MES PIED CHEZ PIERRE ET VACANCES et je le déconseille
J avais réservé pour 10 nuits et au bout de deux jours je voulais repartir

No volveré jamás, después de 4 años que hemos estado en este hotel

Está vez y después de 4 años que repetimos, está vez ha sido lo peor de todo, vecino fumando mariguana todo el día y sin poder abrir la puerta del balcón...me insinuó el Director que no era un hotel para nosotros, que en Salou hay hoteles mejores que este...

Schone kamer met ruim balkon op een goede plek in Salou! Handdoeken werden elke dag netjes verschoond.

Cons:

Het water van de Jacuzzi was zeer smerig je kon er niet eens doorheen kijken zo troebel, ook stonk het heel erg dus niet meer in geweest helaas. Ook waren de bedden erg hard en werden de lakens niet verschoond maar gewoon opnieuw opgemaakt. Ook een dure jurk meegenomen door de schoonmaakster, toen we het probeerde op te lossen kregen we elke dag te horen kom de volgende dag maar weer terug. En als hij weg is dan is het pech.
