If you reserve parking at the apartments, a deposit of €20 is required for the parking remote control. This deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay.
The hotel rooftop will be accessible throughout the season, but the Skybar and jacuzzis will be operational from 15th June until September 15th.
ARRIVAL: Tourist taxes will be requested at your arrival. Amount 0,66€ per person (+16 years) and per night. As this is a government levy, that will never be charged within the total of the reservation, neither before the arrival.
SERVICES: A baby kit suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 35€) Important: Is not allowed to exceed the room’s maximum capacity. Babies makes part of the total capacity. (Except for double room)
When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 20 EUR per pet and per day. Please note that pets weighing less than 10 kg are allowed. (Maximum 2 pets per room).

Petit déjeuner
Le bruit impolitesse et mauvaise tenue vestimentaire de certains employés à la réception. Odeur de canalisation dans la chambre. Mauvaise tenue des couloirs. Fuite d'eau des climatisations dans la salle du petit déjeuner. Aucun geste commercial par rapport au fait que nous sommes partis avant la fin du séjour car impossible de dormir à cause du bruit des voisins de chambre.

No limpiaron la habitación ningún día, no cambiaron las sábanas, el jacuzzi de la terraza uno no funcionaba y no habían hamacas como salen en las fotos del hotel

L'emplacement est idéal, tout est accessible à pied (plage, restaurants, commerces). La piscine est très agréable et le rooftop est un vrai plus, avec une vue magnifique. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié et de bonne qualité, il y en a pour tous les goûts.
Malgré plusieurs points positifs, certains aspects mériteraient d'être améliorés. L'isolation phonique est très limitée : on entend facilement les bruits des couloirs et des chambres voisines. Les abords de la piscine ne sont pas toujours propres, des déchets restent parfois au sol après le passage de certains vacanciers et sans aucune surveillance. Le rooftop est agréable, mais le service est assez limité : peu de choix de boissons (notamment aucune bière sans alcool), absence de snacks et fermeture parfois avant l'horaire indiqué. Une odeur désagréable était également présente dans les toilettes. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, je m'attendais à un niveau de prestations plus élevé et à un meilleur rapport qualité-prix.

La habitación era muy grande, contaba con dos camas de 135cm pegadas y un balcón con vistas al mar y a la piscina. El baño era muy grande y muy bien acondicionado, todo nuevo. Como detalle, nos dejaron unas botellas de agua, ya que el agua de grifo no es potable.
Por añadir algo, la luz del baño no está muy pensada para maquillar. Tenía una boda y no pude usar el baño para maquillarme.
Estábamos alojados en la última planta habitable y encima está la zona de jacuzzi y la zona de fiesta. Se escucha el motor del jacuzzi como un zumbido suave, pero llega a molestar al rato y se escucha el jaleo de la fiesta, lo bueno, que a las 11 se termina la fiesta y se puede dormir
