Perfect we came away relaxed and happy with some lovely memories made.
Pros:

The location and warmth and helpfulness of the staff. My kids loved the pool and park and the room suited our needs perfectly as a family.

Cons:

The lunch offerings were limited for the younger children or weren't obvious as an option to have a sandwich etc by the pool without sitting down would have been great. The ice lollies were also limited for you young children.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons dans cet établissement et nous le recommandons fortement.
Pros:

Etablissement parfait pour les vacances, situation géographique en bord de mer, confort, restauration soignée et surtout gentillesse et disponibilité de l'ensemble du personnel et de son directeur.

Séjour parfait, au-delà de nos attentes
Pros:

Ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié : la plage au pied de l'hôtel et directement accessible, le calme, la vue de notre chambre sur la mer et la montagne. Les repas en demi-pension (petits-déjeuners et dîners) sont excellents et variés, les équipes sont pro et très serviables. La propreté et l'entretien de l'hôtel et des équipements extérieurs (piscine, terrasses, salons de jardin...). Un séjour en famille parfait.

Cons:

Le parking (exigu et difficile d'y manoeuvrer avec un gros véhicule)

Net hotel aan het strand maar met oncomfortabele bedden en staf aan de balie die een cursus klantvriendelijkheid nodig h
Pros:

Goede ligging aan het strand. We waren in het naseizoen dus het strand was verder leeg.

Cons:

Tijdens ons verblijf deed de lift het niet dus telkens lopen naar de 3e verdieping. Zo’n typisch Franse situatie waarbij je weet dat reparatie wel even kan duren (het benidigde onderdeel was er niet)
De kamers hadden nieuwe matrassen gekregen, deze waren zo hard als beton. We waren met 4 stellen waarvan er 3 onafhankelijk hierover klaagden. Respons van de balie: smaken verschillen. Over het liftprobleem was de respons “dat is toch vooral voor ons een probleem”, de franse opvatting van klantvriendelijkheid in optima forma. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar wat ons betreft.

Spacious room made all the difference.
Pros:

Location & Weather: The location was perfect, and we were lucky with the weather. We visited just out of season, at the end of September, which made for a peaceful stay.

Room & Balcony: Our room and balcony were excellent. I’m glad we invested in a larger room, as the hotel is older and a smaller room would likely have been cramped. Having space, combined with the proximity to the beach and the view, really made the stay special.

Cons:

Poolside Snacks: It would have been preferable to have the option of poolside snacks rather than a sit-down lunch, or having to leave the hotel to eat during the day.
Breakfast: The breakfast selection was limited. Freshly cooked eggs would have been appreciated rather than the boil-yourself option. The overall style felt more like a canteen than the expected 4-star service.

Exceptionnelle et à refaire
Pros:

C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons à cet hôtel. Emplacement idéal, la plage à proximité. La direction remarquable. Personnel au top, disponible, souriant, efficace et chaleureux.
La chambre et l'équipement parfait, très bonne literie, le balcon est appréciable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec du choix. La cuisine du soir exceptionnelle. Merci Chef !!!!. Je recommande vivement et nous reviendrons.
