Het ontbijt was meer dan ok, een correct ontbijtbuffet, maar niet 'over the top' - het hotel ligt bij de piste (wel een ankerlift) en het zijn mooie grote kamers. Het personeel aan het onthaal en in de bar is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Het diner is ok, maar niet top - we hebben één avond als voorgerecht een loempia gehad die ronduit slecht was. Ze willen een 5 gangen diner serveren, maar missen de culinaire toets - voorts is het personeel dat de bediening in de eetzaal voor zijn rekening neemt, relatief 'koud', niet onbeleefd, maar wat robot achtig en alles dient snel voort te gaan. Geen gym en zeer klein zwembad

Wir haben die Tage voll genossen.
Pros:

Das Personal im Restaurant war außergewöhnlich zuvorkommend und professionell. Ebenso sehr freundlich und lösungsorientiert. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Betreuung von Frau Reina aus Peru stammend.

Walking one minute to get on the ski lift and , Spa was incredible to relax after a hard day skiing
Pros:

I would give this hotel in 9.9 out of 10. The only thing missing were vegan options however the chef kindly made what we requested but the Breakfast had very little vegan option apart from some vegetables. It would be good to keep some vegan burgers and chicken and schnitzel which are made in Austria with Austrian soy. By the brand V Bites in the freezer they have a two year shelf life so there is no food waste owning restaurants myself. I understand every margin matters. The Massage lady was amazing. The receptionist was fantastic and the cleaners were brilliant. Everything was incredible and beyond expectation except the Vegan options.

Familiäres, luxuriöses und freundliches Hotel. Wir hatten alles, was das Herz begehrt und kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Zimmer und luxuriöser Wellnessbereich. Nähe zu den Liften. Leckeres und hochwertiges Essen und freundliches Personal. Insbesondere Anton hat uns im Restaurant sehr gut versorgt.

Cons:

Alles top, nichts zu beanstanden.
