Pros:

Es ist an alles gedacht. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, sodass man sich als Gast direkt wohlfühlt. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und das Abendessen war jedes Mal ein Highlight für uns! Das Hotel bietet nachmittags eine kleine Jause als Snack an. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet mit bequemen Betten, Sofa, Mini-Bar und vielen Ablageflächen. Sauna und Poolbereich sind sehr ansprechend gestaltet und laden zum Entspannen ein. Man kann vom Pool und der Terrasse den Bergblick genießen.

المكان نظيف جدا والغرف تصميمها مودرن افضل من كثير من فنادق زيلامسي القديمه....الستاف متعاون ولطيف البلده هادئه جدا في الليل ما فيها فعاليات لكن..المكان للنوم مريح..ونظيف..مع ملاحظه لايوجد مكيف في الغرف وكذلك الحمام قزاز مضلل ....وكذلك لايوجد عامل للشنط....

Het ontbijt was meer dan ok, een correct ontbijtbuffet, maar niet 'over the top' - het hotel ligt bij de piste (wel een ankerlift) en het zijn mooie grote kamers. Het personeel aan het onthaal en in de bar is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Het diner is ok, maar niet top - we hebben één avond als voorgerecht een loempia gehad die ronduit slecht was. Ze willen een 5 gangen diner serveren, maar missen de culinaire toets - voorts is het personeel dat de bediening in de eetzaal voor zijn rekening neemt, relatief 'koud', niet onbeleefd, maar wat robot achtig en alles dient snel voort te gaan. Geen gym en zeer klein zwembad
