Cons:

Pour régler la température de la climatisation, faut passer par la réception. Un détail, pas trop grave.

Lokacija odlicna. I to je sve.

Cons:

Nemogucnost dolaska autom blize zbog stvari, a u tom slucaju ni ponuda od zaposlenih da pomognu sa prtljagom. Neadekvatna komunikacija zaposlenih medju sobom. Naglaseno je da se stranom gostu, kao nasem gostu, nista ne naplati, a opet je neka taksa naplacena. Naglaseno je vise puta. Istom stranom gostu je nestalo tople vode uvece za tusiranje, sto takodje nije u redu. Potrebno ulaganje u izgled soba. Ne verujem da cemo opet boraviti ovde.

orta iyi derecede bir konaklama oldu.
Pros:

Konum güzeldi. odalar temizdi.

Cons:

Kahvaltıda kaynamış yumurta yoktu. İstediğimizde buz gibi kaymış yumurta getirdiler. Odada Terlik, Diş macunu ve fırçası yoktu. Kulak ve göz temizliği için ince peçete yoktu.

Staff is the backbone of hospitality
Pros:

The location is as central as it can get, we had a quiet and peaceful couple of nights but the real highlight is the staff reception. We have to mention and commend Anna and Maria from reception for their genuine enthusiasm, helpfulness, kindness and care

Cons:

The general cleaning could have been a bit better, one of the bath towels had grey smudges on it

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt in einer, tagsüber, sehr belebten Einkaufsstraße. Trotzdem war es nachts sehr ruhig. Der Platz der Republik ist gleich um die Ecke, von da aus kann man den Bus nehmen und in andere Stadtteile zu besichtigen.
Man bekommt jeden Tag frisches Wasser ins Zimmer gestellt.

Frankly speaking, I’m still in two minds about this experience. It’s clear that the hotel is in the middle of a renovation process, so the room was old-fashioned; however, it was extremely clean. The staff were very warm and welcoming, especially during check-in.

The only thing that brought stress and frustration was the situation with the “stolen” bottle of water!

During our stay, I used the gym for my workouts. The first time was great, despite the fact that the treadmills didn’t work at first—they fixed them within 10 minutes. I found a few bottles of water in the fridge. It was extremely hot in there because the gym is very small and doesn’t have proper ventilation.

The next day, the fridge was empty, so I asked them to bring some water. They gave me two small bottles, which was definitely not enough since I had a very intensive workout. Of course, I asked for a few more, and they brought two large ones, which was perfect. I started one of them, and the second one was full, so I took it to my room because I planned to work out there later.

Anyway, when I returned to my room in the evening, imagine my surprise when I couldn’t find the bottle. The only explanation I could think of was that housekeeping had taken it 😳😳😳. I was shocked and started checking whether our documents, money, and jewelry were still there. Thankfully, everything was in its place except for the water.

It was a frustrating situation that slightly ruined what had otherwise been a very pleasant experience.

Hotel in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Top Lage mitten auf der Einkaufsstrasse, hatte ein Zimmer in den Lichtuof, das war sehr ruhig. Alles, was man von einem Hotel dieser Art erwarten kann. Sehr freundliches Personal. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut - Auswahl und Qualität.
