Location, underground parking, staff is polite and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast could be better. Yogurt is of low quality, but it’s a minor issue. After all, for this price per night, the hotel is definitely recommendable.

Great family break
Pros:

Lovely sea view from Balcony.
Had two adjoining rooms as 5 of us. More than enough room.
The master bed was huge far larger than king size. room was dark and quiet
Shower was nice powerful
Room was clean and housekeepers came everyday, towels were large and changed daily.
Location was perfect, bus stop round the corner into the city.beauful Beaches within walking distance.
Staff were helpful and friendly
We had an evening meal 3 courses with wine for 29euro. The staff were so attentive.

Pros:

El hotel me encantó. La relación calidad precio, su ubicación, las vistas, el excelente trato del personal, la limpieza, en general todo de diez. Repetiré cuando vuelva a Santander.

Loved the hotel, location, room, balcony. Would definitely use again.
Pros:

Great location. Just behind the beach front which made the location quieter.
Lovely grounds, small amount of parking on the front and plenty surrounding roads.

Cons:

Would have appreciated tea, coffee, milk in the room for the duration of our stay. Two tea bags provided on the first day only!

Cómoda y relajante
Pros:

En todo momento fueron súper amables, todo lo que podían lo ponían a nuestro alcance. Existía servicio de habitaciones conectado con la cafetería y con recepción, fueron súper rápidos y no pusieron ninguna pega a nada.
El día que salimos del hotel nos ofrecieron dejar el coche en el parking lo que necesitásemos si queríamos dar una vuelta, encantadores!
