Comfort, location and price
Pros:

Price, location and attention from staff members were superb. You step out the hotel, look to your right, and the sea is welcoming you for a wonderful cantabrico day. The structures is comfortable, the outdoor area is perfect for a sunset drink and some relaxing moments. I'd definitely be back. The staff was also really honest about the public parking nearby - they told me it was safe and that I could use that; never created a scene to make me pay for their own parking.
