Pros:

La ubicación es fantástica, la habitación 303 unas vistas maravillosas con una terraza muy grande, no hay ruidos se duerme tranquilo, en el baño me gustó mucho el detalle de los botecitos de gel, champú, acondicionador y body,la nevera de la habitación vino fenomenal, me encanta que el baño y habitación esté separado con dos puertas entre medias así no despiertas a tu pareja, y en el gimnasio gratuito me encantó todo un acierto.

Excellent staff , lovely environment & location is spectacular

Very well appointed and had a boutique hotel feel - excellent interiors and room was delightful

Cons:

The only criticism was - that most hotels now have capsule coffee machines installed in bedrooms - a kettle with just tea really isn’t satisfactory - but that’s the only downside to this lovely property.

Unhelpful, cold, terrible ablist snub of elderly disabled guest, with no regard for her welfare.

There was a room available at 12am.

Cons:

Rooms are unheated. Wife is disabled, elderly and suffers with Raynaud's. Needs 23deg or more. When I tried to heat the room, did not heat. Complained, and was told Spanish law prevents them heating the rooms. This is nonsense. Spanish law governs the heating of public spaces, not private bedrooms. They refused to help and even tried to point out the law to me, which I already knew. The hotel appears to be hiding behind a misinterpretation of this law, possibly to save money. I will never stay at this hotel again, and intend to pursue them with their partners in UK and France.

Magnífica ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, caminas un par de minutos y estás en la playa o en el palacio de la magdalena. Habitación grande con terraza y vistas al mar, el baño grande y bien equipado. Fácil aparcamiento en la calle colindante al hotel.

Cons:

La almohada es un poco blanda y también se escucha el ruido de las habitaciones de al lado.
