We were at the hotel from May 27 to 30, we have never seen parties being held in a hotel outside right under the windows of the rooms, noisy parties lasting until after 12 midnight. Absolutely impossible for a person to sleep and rest. We couldn't sleep for two nights in a row. We complained at the reception and they said that nothing could be done. I do not recommend the hotel, this is

A superbly located hotel, great staff and a great bar / restaurant area.
Pros:

Lovely room with balcony. The hotel has a superb location and the dining room opening into the small garden is a lovely idea. A very enjoyable stay!

Pros:

Il nostro soggiorno di 3 notti è stato piacevole. La camera con terrazza vista mare, gli ambienti dell'hotel ed il giardino molto apprezzati. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione, ma del bar dell'albergo, soluzione molto valida.
Posizione incantevole anche se un po' lontana dal centro, comunque facilmente raggiungibile con autobus.

Cons:

Il personale si è dimostrato un po' troppo rigido nell'approccio al cliente.
Il bagno della camera non finestrato non aveva aspiratore.

Excelente hotel en la playa del Sardinero
Pros:

La ubicación era inmejorable, en segunda linea de playa. Los jardines, la cafetería y el restaurante estupendos, pasamos allí mismo todo el fin de semana porque era muy agradable. La terraza de nuestra habitación era enorme.

Cons:

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado en el hoyel debido a una avería aunque el personal fue muy amable y atento, tratando de que estuvieramos a gusto
