Bellstar Suites at Solara Resort

We have a double room and we only have two bathrobes. We should have four for four people

Easy process start to finish. Had to call upon staff for a couple minor items and response was quick and helpful. Excellent location.

No front desk staff pathetic. Girl at front was rude. Barely spoke english. Left the area when others beeded helptold us all to call the #....luckily found out to go to grand rockies for help they were very friendly and helped us out. Unsure why they have 2 staff to help customers out and solara has none. Wont b back. Not our first time here. Our 3rd time.

Beautiful stay all around!

Easy parking, room is comfortable and clean.

Mountain view was awesome and the actual property was great. However, they were supposed to give us out check in code at 4pm-which we were there for then they didn't, I tried messaging (they completely ghosted me) and tried calling the number but the mail box was full. They gave the code 20 minutes late (those 20 minutes were spent worrying that we had some how been scammed) and then would not answer me about a late checkout-after all they owed me 20 minutes.

Do not like the digital check-in. Software unreliable.

Could not change temperature it was set to high and could not sleep properly.

Check-in and maintenance issues with the unit. There is no front desk staff so all issues require calling and being on hold several minutes and having to call back several times trying to get issues resolved. Would not stay here again.

Would be appreciared if coffee and tea was avaliable even though its a basic. Fureplace wasnt working and sofa was very uncomfortable. King room had no tv. Once checkin communication was non existent.

Make sure all accessories are working and have enough of waste bags, toiletries in the room as they do not have service available

We liked the room and could see the mountain from the balcony. The toaster burnt the bread and the coffee maker was difficult to use. The room was well stocked with shampoo etc…. Overall we had a good experience.

The restaurant on site is amazing. Like the others, I missed having a physical desk on site especially at this price

Good home stay property away from home

The elevator was broken and we were on the third floor.

Carpet need replacement - floor wasn’t very clean.

The kingsize bed was good quality. Everything else was something less than that, most especially the non-existent customer support (including TWO telephone numbers that are no longer in service!), though the quality of the appliances was also good.

Beautiful view of the mountains. The suite was nice except the cleanliness of the floors. My families feet were black not even 5 minutes of walking around the suite.

We have really enjoyed our stay at this property, breakfast was delicious our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you
