I like the room its family friendly
The pool access the staff told us that we have the pool access but we need a longer walk but irequested to pool access nearby our room because we have baby that loves water , but we end up not using because its way too far in our room
The room was nice and had all that wr needed.
The check-in process and getting into the parkade seem more complicated than necessary.
The beds were comfortable and the view we had of the mountains was amazing. Location was good, away from the highway but close enough to walk into town or get on some trails. Wellness on-site spa was reasonably priced and looked very clean.
Online check in had glitches and no front desk person. Had to drive to another place to get checked in. Resort rep was not as helpful as I have experienced. Our particular unit was very run down. Only 1 of the 3 fireplaces worked. No maintenance person available to help us in person. The dishwasher worked but was not anchored into place - could lead to water leaking below! Carpet in smaller side of unit was ripped and torn. Noisey dog next door. Rep told us to ask tennet to keep dog quiet as they didn't manage that unit. Picture showed an outdoor hot tub but it was indoor and smelled heavily of chlorine.
Full equipped kitchen , location was good close to Canmore downtown.

The room was not completely clean, we did not get access to the room at 4pm as the check in email did not arrive. The toll free number left us on hold far too long. We had to drive to the siste r property to get checked in and get our room code.
This was a 2 hour ordeal. There are no carts to be found. We had to purchase toilet paper as there was not enough for the 3 nights.
There was not enough dishwasher pods for the 3 nights.
We have been coming here every easter for the last 9 years. We will no longer come back to the solara or any property that is managed by bellstar.
The location is great and you can walk everywhere

Loved how spacious the accommodations were. Plenty of room and amazing vistas of the mountains. Very well appointed.
Frying pans need to be replaced and we needed a dishcloth - otherwise everything else was excellent.

Pictures on booking.com clearly did not show what the actual room was like.
The heater was broken, and it was very cold. If you’re planning a weekend getaway, I recommend choosing a place where everything should be working. There were no front desk staff willing to help, and I was told all the units were privately owned. After three hours, I finally found helpful people at another location who gave us an electric heater. Overall, the experience was very bad.
Spacious 2 bedroom with great view.

The apartment was large.
The fittings were a bit worn and the lift was unreliable.
I was supposed to get a text message or email at 4pm yesterday regarding check in, and it arrived at 4:40. I had to drive to another hotel to talk to staff directly (since no one answered the phone). Very disappointed. Also feel that the cleaning fee was a hidden charge and not clearly outlined in the price. Disappointed with my experience. Bathtub was dirty.
Unit had everything we needed, lots of storage space, towels, dishes etc. Very comfortable beds. Great location.
Found checkin procedure a bit difficult as am not used to digital check-in and no one at reception desk to help. Eventually a phone call to help-desk successful
