Pros:

No complaints, we had to attend a family funeral and the hotel allowed us to check in early to ensure we arrived on time at the family funeral

Good food great and breakfast great

Had a lovely time,but my room with a window i can not see out of,felt like a prison cell,

Breakfast was shocking
Pros:

Rooms were clean and tidy

Cons:

Breakfast was atrocious, very little in way of cereal and fruit.Cooked breakfast was terrible, 1 sausage,1 bacon ,1 egg and potato bread.Asked about beans and told it was too much trouble to have a pan of beans .
Everyone looks forward to a hotel breakfast and this was as poor as I have ever had.

Avoid - outdated and rough
Pros:

Only positive was the friendly staff and free parking.

Cons:

Given a room that I can only describe as creepy. No windows, only mirrors, with one dirty skylight that had a busted shade. Room was cleanish, but super outdated and rough looking. Hotel must have had an event at the time, so loud thumping music was blasting late into the night with people yelling and screaming well past 3am. Price was expensive given the downmarket feel of the place.

Loud Music
Cons:

Music from party downstairs kept us awake from 11pm to 1 am. Was told that room was the quietest in hotel and noting could be done. Was not looking for compensation only to prevent similar situation happening. Booking,com were unable to resolve situation with hotel for future quests.
