reception staff very nice and helpful

catering staff rude- not very pleasant

no window in the bedroom

expensive for what it was

the breakfast menu was very off putting- choose 5 items- no nice chopped fruit, no great selection cereal, no nice bread. had to ask for tomatoes-

Bed very Comfortable
All Staff excellent from reception to restaurant staff to morning porter were over and about friendly and wanted to please. Definitely read the room and were very experienced and nothing was too much trouble Example of reading the room an elderly lady in our company asked for some extra little milk pots for her room. Mature experience suggested a little Jug of milk instead which proved a much better choice.

Only a roof window in the room and too warm

Cons:

Chambre mal insonorisé et un groupe de musique au restaurant avec un son beaucoup trop fort jusque dans la chambre jusqu'à 1 heure du matin (dommage surtout pas prévenu)

Pros:

The hotel was beautiful, and location was great. Leah was amazing as were all the team. Highly recommend a visit. Food was fabulous, can't wait to return.

A friendly, comfortable base from which to marvel at NI's stunning countryside and coastline.
Pros:

A reliable, friendly and comfortable place to stay, close to the city airport, as well as beautiful countryside and coastline, including Castle Espie (WWT). Breakfast was delicious, as was food available later in the day in the restaurant.

Warm welcome and very comfy bed!
Pros:

Basic but comfortable hotel. Very friendly and warm welcome at reception. Even though the room only had a large skylight window, which we knew when we booked , there was plenty light . Very comfortable bed.
Breakfast was fine and served with a smile.
Car parking in hotel grounds.
Would definitely stay there again.
