Proximidade da praia

Cons:

A minha experiência neste hotel ficou aquém das expectativas, sobretudo tendo em conta a classificação de 4 estrelas.

O ponto mais negativo foi, sem dúvida, a restauração. A comida era pouco variada e as sobremesas tinham pouca qualidade. Ao pequeno-almoço, era necessário esperar para pedir ovos estrelados e panquecas, quando em muitos hotéis estes produtos já estão disponíveis no buffet. Os ovos mexidos eram muito artificiais, a seleção de pão e pastelaria era bastante limitada e não existiam sumos naturais.

Ao almoço/jantar, também era frequente haver filas para os grelhados. Normalmente havia apenas uma opção de peixe grelhado e uma ou duas opções de carne, o que tornava a oferta pouco diversificada.

O quarto necessita de renovação e de uma limpeza mais cuidada. As paredes estavam cheias de marcas de mosquitos esmagados, os lençóis apresentavam manchas e havia um cheiro persistente a humidade.

Outro aspeto negativo foi a gestão das espreguiçadeiras da piscina. Apesar de existirem avisos a proibir a reserva de lugares, essa regra não era aplicada e muitas espreguiçadeiras permaneciam ocupadas durante horas sem ninguém presente.

Por fim, considero insuficiente existir apenas uma fonte de água para todo o hotel.

De um modo geral, o serviço prestado não corresponde ao esperado de um hotel de 4 estrelas. Entre a qualidade da restauração, a falta de manutenção e limpeza dos quartos e a gestão deficiente de alguns serviços, a experiência ficou bastante aquém do nível que esta categoria de hotel deveria proporcionar.

Hotel bien pero mal con la habitacion comunicada

Todo en general estaba bastante bien

Cons:

Nos dieron una habitación comunicada y no había absolutamente nada de intimidad. Era como compartir habitación. Se escuchaba todo y hasta se veía la luz.
Preguntamos si podría ser posible cambiar o hacer algo al respecto pero no pudieron cambiar ya que el hotel estaba completo. Creo que es algo que se tendría que avisar con antelación ya que sabiendo eso no hubiésemos escogido este Hotel.
