One of the nicest hotels in Siwa. I would also recommend dining there wether you’re staying in the hotel or not. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Pros:

A lovely and very individual hotel built in traditional Siwan style, with brick/mud walls, date palm ceilings etc. Local materials used to create authenticity. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Magical Oasis Hotel
Pros:

Staying at the Shali Lodge is really a magical experience. The mud-brick walls keep the rooms cool in the day and warm in the night. The beds are simple but have lovely sheets. The light fixtures are all made with salt from the nearby lake. The hotel is interspersed with many lounging areas. The restaurant is very lovely and delicious. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly - especially Ali and Ruheim. They organized a trip to the springs in the desert which was fabulous, and a day at the pool of Siwa Gardens.
