Guests who have booked a room after office hours must call the hotel and leave a message so that they can be called back with check-in instructions.

The restaurant is open from Monday to Friday 17:00-19:30. On weekends the restaurant is open only upon prior agreement.

Please note it takes extra cost to have access to Harmony Spa and Mountain Spa, please consult with property directly.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Cons:

Ich wollte den Spa-Bereich buchen. Das ging nicht, weil das ganze Personal einem ganzen Tag an eine Sitzung musste. Es war 24h niemand im Hotel! Beim Einchecken wurde mir das nicht gesagt, sonst hätte ich nicht gebucht. Morgenessen konnten wir mir Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Schade, ich war total enttäuscht.

It was ok for me.
Pros:

Location is little bit far from the city center. It is very quite place and green. Staff is very helpful but wifi is not connected in room 20.
