Friendly staff, clean spacious room, need to upgrade pillows
Pros:

Easy check in, check out. Very friendly evening and morning staff. Very clean, spacious room with comfortable mattress, very clean breakfast room.

Cons:

Breakfast was average, the pillows were hard and lumpy and made it difficult to sleep.

Our blind shades were broke ( metal string laying in window ceil ), closet door handle broke off where blankets were stored, not huge deals but could be fixed

Best hotel I've stayed in for long time. Bed was like one I'd have at home, kitchenette in room. Good price.

Pros:

I liked the little kitchen we had in room 428 and the flooring.

Cons:

We could never get hot water even if we left the tap running for 20 minutes. Ended up having a cool shower.😞☹️ the set up in the room was not very functional because the Tv was on a dresser on the side wall and could not be turned to be seen from the sofa or properly seen from the bed. The phone did not work, time set on the clock radio was wrong and the charging port did not work either.
