Pros:

Hotel byl opravdu skvělý. Personál vstřícný a milý. Snídaně doporučuji. Pokoje čisté a prostorné.

Cons:

Bohužel postele měly pro mě vysokou matrací, ale to je dané výškou postavy a já jsme malá.

Díky klimatizaci a zatemňovacím závěsům se v pokoji skvěle spalo. Velmi bohatá snídaně s velkým výběrem. Personál je přátelský, ubytovaní určitě doporučujeme.

Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Sie war nicht störend.

Cons:

Die Bezahlung bei der Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage war nicht so einfach. Mit dem Motorrad bin ich an der Schranke vorbei und habe das an der Rezeption geklärt.

Pros:

Super gutes Frühstück. Das Zimmer war gross und sehr sauber. Die Fahrräder konnten sicher untergestellt werden.

Cons:

Die Strasse an welcher das Hotel liegt ist sehr laut.

Gutes Frühstück, Zimmer komfortabel. Sicherer Abstellraum für das Fahrrad.

Ich habe das Hotel gebucht wegen guter Erfahrungen vor 2 Jahren. Als ich dieses Mal ankam, war zuerst 5 Minuten niemand von der Rezeption anwesend. Dann kam eine Dame und als ich sagte, ich hätte eine Reservierung für eine Nacht, meinte diese sofort ohne nach Namen oder Ausweis zu fragen, es gäbe keine Reservierung. Nach mehrmaligem Urgieren, dass ich reserviert hatte, verlangte sie meinen Personalausweis und dann bekam ich den Zimmerschlüssel. Kein Wort darüber, was los war oder ein Wort der Entschuldigung. Diese unfreundliche Behandlung beim Checkin hat den Aufenthalt stark getrübt, obwohl sonst alles gepasst hat. Ich dachte mir nach meiner 6 Wochen langen Radreise, dass ich dieses Land am liebsten sofort wieder verlassen möchte, da das Hotel mein erstes in Tschechien war und ich nirgends so unfreundlich empfangen wurde. Zum Glück war es in den nächsten Hotels deutlich besser. Schade, denn das andere Personal schien freundlich zu sein. Ob ich das Hotel wieder wählen werde bei meiner nächsten Radreise, weiß ich nicht.
