Super 8 by Wyndham Chester East

Room was ok. Pillows felt cheap and far too soft, they made you too hot. Bathroom was good and very clean but water didn’t soak away very fast and you couldn’t hold water in the sink. Breakfast was disappointing but the staff were very helpful in the morning. The reception when we arrived wasn’t great, he needs some customer service training. Evening menu was really limited plus the dining area is very small and was full of families with small children running around so not good for eating and relaxing. The dining area definitely needs looking at as not appropriate for a hotel stay.

Great hotel. Pet friendly, spacious, clean. Easy to park and good EV charging rate. Staff were excellent.

The staff were really accommodating and helpful. I am a new mum and needed to store breast milk which they happily accommodated in the fridge safely. Very helpful and would recommend. Excellent value for a quick stopover.

All members of staff that we met were very pleasant and helpful.

We had a brilliant 2 night stay, rooms clean, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast had all you needed.

Staff were lovely. Traffic was awful. Noise was terrible. Smell from a factory or something was awful. Main bed was very comfy. Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Shower was below average.

We couldn't have asked for a better welcome from the staff. They were lovely. Changing things around for us due to our own circumstances, so friendly with the kids and overall really happy people. The room we had was brilliant. The two bed apartment. So clean, amazing air con, really comfy and very spacious

Coean and tidy

We were unsure when services breakfast and food where available , as this was not explained. Glasses in room were lacking and the foyer was very pungent of dog smell . Possibly from the vacuum ? Not being a fog fan it was very noticeable . Dangerous shelf height in room causing several knocks to head . I would stay here again but at a lower cost .

Check in was easy on the app but we did struggle to get the key to work at first, when we arrived. A very friendly member of staff helped us out. The room was very comfortable, as was the bed. The shower was excellent. The extractor fan in the bathroom made a weird noise like a car alarm which went on for ages after you switched the light off, but it did stop eventually. One thing to note, as you have a virtual key on your phone you don't have a key card to put in the box to switch on the electrics. I used my library card which worked fine.
