Good hotel and very comfortable accommodation, very near Trinity metro station. The staff were very polite and pleasant, especially Mr. Nityam. The food service was also good compared to other nearby hotels. I stayed for four days, and the room service cleaned my room and provided fresh amenities every day.

Nityam he serves us very well in justa hotel and he has taken good care of us,I would like suggest to my friends, family and colleagues also justa hotel in mg road bangalore with a good service team awesome.dont think just choose justa hotel only.

Worst Hotel Experience – Not Worth Even ₹500!

Just checked in after paying ₹5200, and the condition is pathetic. The bed and cot are of extremely poor quality, the TV is stuffed inside a cupboard, and the mini fridge is a damaged scrap piece. The room was not even cleaned properly — it smells terrible and looks very old and poorly maintained.

There’s a cheap ₹800 fan in the false ceiling, and none of the lights there are working. It feels more like a lodge than a hotel. Totally disappointed. Not worth the money at all.
Rating: ZERO or even negative if possible.

I travel a lot for work at this by far has to be the worst stay I’ve experienced! There were cockroaches in the room, springs of the bed had come off. The receptionist made us wait 15 minutes because he had a personal call to attend to. Horrible service plus he asked us to pay extra. Upon that, torn towels, no dental kits or other basic aminities which any basic property is suppose to have.
Would not recommend, total waste of money!

I had the pleasure of staying at Justa MG road for the past two days, and I must say, the hospitality of the staff was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism and warmth made my stay truly memorable.

The food was another highlight of my visit. Every meal was delicious, with a great variety to choose from. The flavors were authentic, and it was evident that the chefs take great pride in their craft.

I stayed there for a week and the service was excellent and food was very good. You will see Nithyam who is always smiling, welcoming and keeps checking if your stay is comfortable or if there is any concerns. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel.

Words have power and that power is when a small hotel describes itself as 'boutique' and 'luxury'. There is nothing luxurious about this place unless one consider having a roof over one's head than sleeping on the street then may be.

I went for this place purely on the rating. But I am sure the ratings are either fake, paid or by those who have limited experience of travelling.

I had asked for a double occupancy room and to my dismay they just joined single beds which I didnt realize until I started sinking between the two in the night. The staff at the check in did not bother to ask if this would be ok.

Only positive about this place is that it is fairly clean but the rest is plain awful. I paid close to INR 7500 ( OCT 2024) and I did so purely on the rating. Next day I checked in at Radissom blue and paid nearly 1K less and was upgraded to executive suite. This property is a scam for the money charged and what they provide.
Description says free newspaper in the room but its a gimmick they didnt provide. Another is bathroom room gowns again not provided.
The towels were old and torn. It was just awful.
Walls had stains on them. See it for yourself.

Best of all it is not evem on MG road as it claims. Its on a side street where Uber refuses to come so you have to walk to the main road.

Breakfast is okish. Staff were helpful but most of them were north easterm I believe who atleast generally courteous. Local staff are rude and ignorant to say the least.

Recently I stayed at Justa , MG Road and it was a really good experience over there. The hospitality of the staff , the way of their communication was very good. Tere food here is also very tasty. All the staff took good care of all of us especially Nityum ji. Overall had a good experience there.

He was always attentive to my needs, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and making sure my dining experience was enjoyable. His friendly demeanor and helpful attitude made my stay even more memorable.

My mom and dad stayed there for one night, outstanding staff and a good place to choose. It was their first time in Bangalore and thank you, everyone, to making sure of their needs. Highly recommend this place.

Food and room service was excellent . However room did not have acrive cable cinnection despite placing multiple requests . Fan regulator was misisng . Front office staff could be more receptive to guest requests . Final billing was delayed

The staff was exceedingly helpful during the whole of our stay. Our room was HUGE!, and we had a nice-sized fridge, a large kitchen counter, large bed, a dining room table for 4, a comfortable couch and plenty of room to move around. The street was quiet and I had a reasonable view to the street. If I was to return to this area, I would definitely return.

This is the worst experience I had in a business hotel. While the location is central, the room seemed infested with cockroaches. On pointing it out to staff, manager wasn’t informed for a long time. When he did appear, he was apologetic and changed my room. Same story in the next room as well - cockroaches in the washroom. Being fed up, I asked to be shifted to their other property off MG Road. This was supposed to be a ‘suite’, same story here too: cockroaches in the washroom. Don’t know what kind of hotel chain this is, hence do yourself a favour and don’t check-in here if you value your health.

I stayed in this hotel on December 2022 for two nights on Christmas day with one of my girlfriends. Unfortunately, the hotel was not able to accommodate our twin bed request, but they assigned a non-smoking room for us. Check-in was swift and all the staffs are helpful. During the stay, we requested multiple items like hair dryer, iron , ironing board and safety locker. The staff delivered each item without any hesitation and I am unsure about the guy's name but he is North Eastern and bold. He was indeed a gem. However, the room does not include a 24/7 hot water supply, hence, if you are a person who loves to shower at random hours like me, may find it a little uncomfortable. Our stay was short but we still wanted to have a road trip to Mysore and the FO person by the name Saravanan arrange the day-tour for us. It was easy, reasonable priced and we got a good driver. The hotel is just 2 minutes walk away from Trinity Metro Train station, close by to a coffee place, pizza hut and 10 minutes to Garuda Mall. Overall, its a good stay and I won't think twice to stay here again..

Average hotel but in a good location.

I am rating this as an average as the rates are pretty steep when we booked as compare to the other hotels. I am unsure that if it’s our vendor who have charged high rates or the hotel rates were high.

The hotel is for business travelers who either have to stay overnight or a day or two. Another category of travelers who needs to stay on MG Road for work and commute.

Advantage:

2. Good connectivity

I stayed in Justa MG road for 15 days as I just shifted to Bengaluru. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. It is an amazing property. Madhu and Shankar were very helpful during this stay.
