Buena ubicación y la persona que nos recibió en la recepción fue muy amable
La limpieza en la habitación, específicamente en el baño dejaba mucho que desear, había cabellos por el piso y el baño, la puerta de la zona ducha, y la puerta de ingreso al baño estaban sucias, desayuno escaso respecto a otros Hampton.
We had a very pleasant stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites. While it’s an older hotel, it’s currently being remodeled, and you can already see the improvements being made. The updated areas look great, and it’s clear the hotel is investing in creating a better experience for guests.
The staff was friendly and welcoming, our room was clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was available during our stay. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.
We appreciate the effort being put into renovating the property and would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for a comfortable place with great service and ongoing updates, this Hampton Inn & Suites is a solid choice.
It was clean and close to restaurants and pet friendly. It was the first time traveling with our dog.

The location isn't the best. But since Carlsbad is a smaller town it wasn't too far from everything we were going.

the breakfast was fantastic! the staff and lady there while we wte was the sweetest! would stay there again jus because of her ! her name started with a E. rooms were big and spacious. and we were the only ones in the big pool that night!

Initially, I requested an extra bed for my child. They noted it down at the front desk during check-in—something I repeatedly confirmed—yet even very late into the night, the bed had still not been added. When I went back to inquire again, I was told that adding a bed was not possible. I suspect they were merely giving me the runaround; they completely lack any sense of service.
