Bed was hard. TV did not work right. Could not easily change channels or sometimes not at all.
Had to ask for towels becase they were not provided after the first night.

Instead of fixing the issue, maintenance switched my room with my consent
Pros:

Bathroom vent was noisy. Called front desk and they said they would send a maintenance personnel to take a look. Personnel came and said it wasn’t the vent it was the AC unit above my room. I asked if they could switch out the vent cover to a solid slab or something to help block the noise. He said he could and left to get materials. 10 minutes later, he returned with new key cards, telling me I was switched rooms. I said I never asked to switch rooms, he was supposed to get materials to fix this. He said he didn’t have time to fix it today, so he took the initiative to switch my room instead. I said if you didn’t have time to fix it, at least kindly inform me that you didn’t have time to fix it, and discuss further options, but instead you just decided to switch rooms for me without my consent. I said my old keys cards didn’t work any more, right? He nodded and I asked him to kindly switch it back. Hotel needs customer service training for this maintenance personnel.
