On the whole it was ok I'd stay again but in a twin room as the staff were so nice
Pros:

The room was pretty standard and was what we expected for the money it used updating new beds maybe modern showers .However the team of staff day and night were absolutely lovely attentive and welcoming

Cons:

The double bed was awful felt every spring although the single was ok

Pros:

The receptionist was exceptionally rude and unprofessional, we made a booking and paid online, but she was saying aww the booking hasn't come through to her system as this was done through booking.com. we were waiting for at least half an hour for the key to be handed over to us

Great for the price paid
Pros:

Very kind and friendly welcome at reception to us and our dog.
Spacious and comfortable room, big and comfy bed.
Complementary biscuits and tea/coffee station in room.
Amazing for the price paid

Cons:

Could have been a little cleaner but other than that the stay and experience was amazing☺️

Good value for money to rest while on a business trip.

Plenty of tea coffe and biscuits
Well heated

Cons:

A bit noisy if you keep the window open u can hear the trucks and it's a busy parking lot.
Bathroom needs a deep clean.

Perfect stay.
Pros:

Very clean and a lovely comfort bed. Brilliant service from staff, very friendly. Free parking which is always a bonus. Take away food in walking distance with shops for snacks and drinks close by.

Cons:

Could hear the lorries starting their engines all night but they offered ear plugs so that's covered.

Great location when I’m travelling to uk from France to break the journey

Cons:

It’s a bit basic and this trip the room was a bit chilly and towel rail didn’t work in the bathroom

Onward bound....
Pros:

We arrived at 01.30am and the staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The room was a little dated. There was no plug in the sink. But when we asked at reception the lady found us one. The bed linen was lovely and fresh and we slept well before our onward journey
