Very comfy and good sized room. Super helpful and friendly staff.
On arrival there was absolutely no coach parking available as lorries had parked where clearly it was marked for coaches only. When we spoke to reception they ask what we wanted them to do, well try enforcing the parking as clearly they didnt care that the lorries were parked where ever they felt like it.
I use many services areas in my line of work and this one was clearly the worse at looking after the people staying within the hotel and seems that lorry drivers get priority over anyone else.

The room wasn't cleaned properly and the sofa bed looked like it hadn't been changed from the last guests and wasn't ready for my son to sleep on.

This was the dirtiest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. It was extremely noisy and had a terrible smell, possibly from pets, which seemed to be covered up with strong air fresheners. The smell triggered my allergies so badly that I spent several hours at a service station. We had booked two nights, but found another hotel and checked out after the first night.
