Pros:

Personal administrativo reconocía que no había recurso suficiente.
No cuentan con teléfono fijo para solicitudes del cliente. Daban número celular

Cons:

Trato al cliente : personal poco empatico . Limpieza de habitaciones deficiente por falta de personal. No habían!!. Las veces que estas se realizaba era a mucha insistencia.. Servicio de comedor deficiente y muchas veces no había atención. Ni de desayuno.

Muy limitado no tienen desayuno incluido, y solo huevos revueltos, no limpian la habitación todos los días, no sacan la basura, si no reclamas te dan una habitación si una mesa, etc.

Hola, la primera chica que nos recepcionó todo bien, fue muy amable, pero después cambiaron de personal y la segunda persona fue muy desagradable, tuvimos problemas el primer día porque no salía agua caliente y nos quería cambiar a otra habitación donde teníamos que pagar un extra por la pieza, nos negamos y de mala gana solucionó el problema. el desayuno lo pagamos y era super pequeño, mi padre quedó con hambre y con gusto a poco. el primer día que llegamos tenían fiesta y música muy fuerte, en las dos piezas que estuvimos se escuchaba todo el ruido tanto del hotel como por fuera, así que en resumen fue una pésima experiencia.
