A historic property - Great location
Pros:

Erik was outstanding…
Reachable by WhatsApp. He waited for us to check in though our flight was delayed… he accommodated us for late breakfast once.
Not to mention that we left our bags late on our check out day.

Lovely spot in a wonderful city.
Pros:

Lovely location and hospitable owner - there was potentially an issue with the air conditioning in our room so he gave us the keys for two different rooms to take our pick. Both were great!

Pros:

Hervorragende Lage am großen Markt. Sehr gute Klimaanlage. Riesiges Zimmer. Freundlicher Empfang. Das Zimmer war wunderbar ruhig.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer müsste das Waschbecken erneuert werden. Die Dusche müsste befestigt werden.

Très déçu. Médiocre et prix beaucoup trop élevé.

Chambre juste propre sans plus.
TV inutilisable. Pas de télécommande. Non fournie malgré la demande effectuée au personnel.
Pas d’eau froide dans la douche (pour info : 38 degrés C ce samedi 27/06….)

Largement à la hauteur
Pros:

L'accueil était absolument parfait, on sent le professionnalisme du réceptionniste et le confort de la chambre était sans reproche, sans compter le fait que nous avons été surclassé de chambre étant donné que l'hôtel n'était pas plein. Le petit déjeuner était complet, qualitatif et copieux.

Pros:

Locatie is perfect. Rustige straat vlakbij de grote markt. Gastvrije eigenaar, lekker ontbijt. Airco op de kamer.

Cons:

We hadden in de nacht wat last geluidsoverlast omdat we een van de kamers aan de straatzijde hadden, maar in de ochtend zagen we dat we rolluiken hadden. Dat hadden we niet gezien. Oops, haha

La posizione molto centrale ma è il solo ed unico atout, per il resto deludente e pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo: niente ascensore, odore sgradevole fortissimo di pittura fresa nella camera che per altro era un'enorme mansarda più che una vera e propria stanza d'albergo.
