The hotel was equisite! We were warmly greeted by staff upon arrival and their kindness and welcome were very much appreciated after a long journey. The atmosphere is elevated, warm, and rich. Location to everything we wanted to see and access to transportation couldn’t be beat. The room was visually stunning, all the finishes were thoughtful and made for a restful and relaxing stay.

I had such a fantastic stay at this hotel. It genuinely added a touch of magic to my weekend in Luxembourg. Mohammed at the front desk was so welcoming and generous with his excellent knowledge of the city and off the beaten path recommendations. My room was stunning and full of character as well as being very peaceful. I would definitely stay here again when next in Luxembourg!
The location is great, as are the amenities, from reception, room service, etc., till the restaurant offers, everything was top notch ... we only can strongly recommend ... and you are exactly in the heart of the City Center ... unbeatable!

Una de las dos habitaciones que tome tenía un baño muy pequeño integrado a la habitación, con la ducha al mismo nivel del lavatorio. Y el lavatorio estaba rajado, eso no puede ser en un hotel de 5 estrellas.

The hotel has a prime location, right in the centre and close to the luxury boutiques. Upon arrival, we received a very warm welcome, including a glass of crémant and a brief explanation of the city's sights. Valet parking is definitely recommended because the hotel is located in a pedestrian zone.
The room (deluxe room) is very spacious, perfectly clean and you are not bothered by any ambient noise.
Additional plus points are the excellent shower and the high-quality bed.
The breakfast is perhaps debatable. Do not expect an excessive buffet like you get in larger hotel chains, but rather a limited selection of high-quality products. Hot dishes with all kinds of eggs are served at the table. For us, it was more than enough.
We definitely recommend this hotel, not only because of its location and the good cocktails in the beautiful hotel bar, but above all because of the genuine friendliness of the staff. A big shoutout to Alina, Mohamed and their colleagues. They're the best!

Im Zimmer gab keine abgetrennte Toilette… ohne Sichtschutz. Wir sind schon lange verheiratet aber da hatte keiner von uns Lust drauf 😏

The toilet was in a separate room under the eaves with no underfloor heating. There was an electrical heater plugged in but the room was freezing with low ceiling - not great for a tall person.
