Buena ubicación. Personal muy amable.

Cons:

Una de las dos habitaciones que tome tenía un baño muy pequeño integrado a la habitación, con la ducha al mismo nivel del lavatorio. Y el lavatorio estaba rajado, eso no puede ser en un hotel de 5 estrellas.
El desayuno regular.

Comfortable and worked well for quick overnight stay.
Pros:

Good location. Helpful and friendly staff.

Cons:

The toilet was in a separate room under the eaves with no underfloor heating. There was an electrical heater plugged in but the room was freezing with low ceiling - not great for a tall person.

Beautiful, historic hotel in central location.
Pros:

Beautiful, historic hotel in the center of a small plaza. Staff was amazing. We had a small dog, and immediately the staff brought in a dog bed, feeder bowls and special bottled water for our dog! Confusing layout, but beautiful decor; historic feel with modern amenities. Excellent restaurant and bar onsite. Our bathroom was heavenly and luxurious, very comfortable bed; good selection of TV channels in English.

Cons:

Very expensive. No breakfast. When we arrived there was no parking/valet. We had to find a public lot, walk through many blocks to find the hotel. Lots of stairs.

Pros:

Super vriendelijk personeel, heel goede locatie, mooie kamers. Gewoon top
de brasserie naast het hotel ook zeer goed en snelle bediening.

Cons:

De parking was niet bereikbaar door de kerstmarkt, zodoende dat wij zeker 500 meter met onze bagage moesten sleuren, maar dat werd direct goedgemaakt met een glaasje champagne.
Wij zijn daarvan niet op de hoogte gebracht door boeking.com

Cons:

La deco!!! Trop moderne avec trop de noir et blanc. Deco pas cocooning!!! Plutôt agressive!!!Et la circulation dans l’hôtel trop compliquée pour regagner nos chambres.
L’hôtel est fait de la jonction de plusieurs maisons anciennes, et c’est un vrai labyrinthe .
Par contre chambres confortables!!!
