Descente aux enfers dans un 5*
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter le vieux Luxembourg, c’est un bel hôtel mais le personnel n’est pas à la hauteur de l’établissement
Si l’accueil s’est bien passé, normalement, nous avons vécu avec le personnel trois épisodes édifiants.
- Lors du « turn over», la femme de chambre s’est contentée de fermer les rideaux et rien d’autres - Pas de préparation du lit, pas de remplacement des serviettes utilisées, rien …
- Nous avons voulu prendre l’apéritif au bar - une attente de 10mns pour avoir les cartes puis plus rien - les deux garçons de café devisaient tranquillement tandis que nous attendions. Finalement, excédés, nous sommes levés et nous sommes partis sans consommer
- L’apogée de l’incompétence du personnel s’est produite au moment de notre départ. J’avais confié ma voiture au service « voiturier » contre la promesse que lors du « Check out », un préavis de 15 mins assurait de retrouver la voiture devant l’hôtel.
Aussi, j’ai prévenu 15mns avant notre départ que je souhaitais ma voiture
Arrivés a la Réception , personne - Nous patientons 5, 10, 15 mns toujours personne dans un 5 étoiles - Curieux non ?
Au bout de 20mns, Un jeune homme, fort poli, vient enfin nous expliquer qu’il fait partie de la restauration et ne connaît pas le logiciel pour faire les factures. Sur mon interrogation, il m’indique que l’unique réceptionniste est partie chercher ma voiture - La réceptionniste ??
Il appelle son directeur, qui n’est toujours pas arrivé à l’hôtel, ll est 10h30, mais qui est sur le chemin…
À son arrivée, il m’indique que la réceptionniste - voituriere ne sait pas démarrer mon véhicule !!!!
Enfin, 10 mns après, arrive ledit véhicule pour lequel je m’inquiète de la manière dont il a été traité.
Enfin, nous partons sans la facture car personne ne sait faire fonctionner l’ordinateur….
Est ce sérieux ? Cet hôtel ne mérite pas 5*

Best place to stay in Luxembourg!
Pros:

The hotel was lovely and comfortable, but what really stood out was the impeccable service. The staff is so lovely and accommodating. They even brought an ice pack to my room to help me as I nursed a sprained ankle. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, conveniently close to everything. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Everything was perfect.

Da gentileza da equipe. Extremamente solícitos e gentis.

Cons:

Não havia como regular o ar condicionado. Chamamos a recepção, mas não conseguiram melhorar. Estava quente, e acabamos tendo que dormir com muito calor.
O ar no quarto, extremamente seco.

Beautiful place with exceptional staff and close to all major attractions in the center of Luxembourg.
Pros:

It's a beautiful property well situated to see Luxembourg. The breakfast was also exceptional. The bathroom was unique too, but not a problem.

Cons:

It was a little expensive for what we received. For the price, champagne should have been included in breakfast, but this is incredibly nitpicking.

If I visit Luxembourg city again, will be staying here.
Pros:

Location was in a bit of noisy part of town, but once through the doors, that was forgotten. Walking distance to lots of the attractions. Free public transport to the anything else. Breakfast was expansive and tasty. Dinner at the fine dinning restaurant was fantastic.

Cons:

The stairs to the sleeping area could have have been lees sleep.

Pros:

Accueil très chaleureux. Emplacement très central, chambre spacieuse et très calme sur cour, excellente literie, petit-déjeuner frais avec une grand choix d'œufs (coque, œufs Benedict, œuf mollet avec toast à l'avocat, etc.); pains variés et délicieux.

Cons:

La peinture des murs très abîmée dans la chambre. Au petit-déjeuner : les cagettes de livraison au niveau du buffet, devoir signaler le manque d'eau, de petites assiettes, etc. ; une succession de détails qui ne sont pas du niveau d'un Relais & Châteaux.

Immer wieder gerne!
Pros:

TOP Lage, mitten in der Altstadt. Die Hotelanlage besteht aus einem Komplex von 7 kleinen historischen Häusern, die liebevoll und mit Stil zu einem zusammengefasst wurden. Die Zufahrt erfolgt durch die Fußgängerzone bis vor das Hotel und dann kümmert sich der Valet Parking Service um das Farzeug und bringt es in ein nahegelegenes Parkhaus. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten steht das Fahrzeug bei Bedarf dann wieder zur Verfügung. Das Personal an der Rezeption als auch im gesamten Hotel ist sehr aufmerksam und super nett! Jederzeit gerne wieder!
