Excellent hotel in center of town
Pros:

right in the center of Luxembourg so very close and walking to everything the staff was very attentive and general manager is on site and very friendly the bar is the real gem and hidden patio in the back lovely atmosphere

Die zentrale Lage, das Restaurantangebot, die Zimmerausstattung war auf hohem Niveau, in manchen Bereichen war noch Luft nach oben, aber dennoch sehr empfehlenswert, der Parkservice war ebenfalls vorteilhaft, das Personal sehr freundlich..

Cons:

Die Rootop-Terrasse war sehr schön, allerdings wurde die Speisenabfolge zu schnell hintereinander absolviert, nicht alle Kompositionen waren in sich stimmig, aber das ist Geschmacksache, die Weinauswahl hätte es besser sein können.

The location was wonderful. The staff was exceptional. We were there on Luxembourg national holiday. The hotel invited guests to celebrate with champagne and see the fireworks. The staff showed us 3 rooms to ask us to choose the one we wanted. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy.

A very good 2 nights. Excellent breakfast and dinner.

Central location and design of the interior of what is a very old building

Cons:

Nothing that doesn’t apply to most hotel rooms these days. Having to remove about 20 pillows etc before you can get into bed and work out which of the multitude of light switches actually allows you to finally have darkness.

Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, zowel aan de receptie als in het restaurant.
Locatie is in het centrum van de stad, in de verkeersvrije zone. Je kan binnen rijden om uit te laden maar de wagen moet daarna onmiddellijk naar een parking gebracht worden. Parking van het hotel was te laag voor onze wagen dus hebben we zelf een parking gezocht (en gevonden).
Uitgebreid ontbijt met een apart "eggs menu".

Cons:

Het bed was voor mij iets te kort. Voeten bengelden over de rand. Airco maakte best veel lawaai al had mijn partner daar geen last van.
