Pros:

Location and check-in was very easy to access and clear instructions were passed on to us.
Located near the old town was the best part of it. So if you are looking for a place to stay for couple of days near the old town, I think this would be perfect for you.

Cons:

However, there were downsides: our rooms were not really clean, floors were dusty and there were hairs on the floor, not from us. Bathroom also looked it could handle some little rework.
From pictures the accommodation looked better.

The overall facility smelled bad as well, as someone was smoking indoors or near some door, which brought all the smoke inside the hallways. It wasn't pleasant.
Also the walls were really thin, you could here everything from upstairs and what was going on in the hallway.

Won’t come back, rather book a proper hotel.
Pros:

I don’t recommend for the families with small children. Usually young people in other rooms coming late and don’t cafe about the night time even though it clearly states everywhere the quiet time is from 22:00-06:00 even can get a 600PLN fine. We had to call the office and tell them that it was so loud and people just don’t give a f**** f*** about others. Otherwise, nice location close to the main square and the guy who cleans the room and looks after breakfast is very very hardworking.

Cons:

Very loud noises from other rooms waking up our 5 yo and 8 month old baby.
