Uno degli addetto alla reception é molto sgradevole e maleducato. Viaggiavo con i miei genitori anziani, un soggiorno di tre notti, abbiamo scelto la colazione in hotel - molto modesta - l’addetto ha preteso il pagamento immediato della colazione prima ancora di farci sedere al tavolo nonostante partissimo 2 giorni dopo ed avesse la carta di credito a garanzia della prenotazione!
Orribile! Soprattutto considerata l’esiguità della somma e l’età dei miei genitori… tenuti in piedi per una transazione di pochi euro PRIMA di potersi sedere…

Trotz einiger Makel ein schönes Wochenende.
Pros:

Zimmer war gut und sauber. Hotel hat für unsere Unternehmungen in Belval perfekt gelegen. Frühstück hatte eine akzeptable Auswahl.

Cons:

Im Zimmer gab es für jeden nur 1 großes Handtuch. Keine kleinen Handtücher. Auf Nachfrage konnten wir wenigstens noch ein 3. bekommen. Im Bad gibt es keine Toilettenbürste. Das Frühstück hatte zwar eine gute Auswahl aber das Hotel rechnet wohl damit dass nicht viele Hotelgäste Frühstück hinzu buchen. Samstag war beim Frühstück das reinste Caos, Sachen ständig leer, lange Wartezeiten bis zum auffüllen und der gesamte Frühstücksbereich ist sehr beengt.

Schönes gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit Dusche
Gute Lage bei der Konzerthalle mit dem Zug erreichbar.
Morgens das Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut.
