Good location but nowhere to get out of the heat except in our room.

The rest of the hotel including reception and the breakfast area is not air conditioned.

La atención de los empleados, bonitas instalaciones, limpieza de la habitación.

Cons:

Desayuno repetido, falta mantenimiento baño, llave suelta, toallas deshilachas y con rotos. Falta seguridad; estando en piscina, llovió y por viento cayó muy cerca a nosotros, desde techo 4to piso, una tapa de un tanque de agua.

Pros:

Destacamos la excelente atención recibida por los chicos de la recepción, y la arquitectura del lugar estilo colonial.
También vale destacar la ubicación, esta en un punto donde todo queda cerca y accesible

Cons:

Se podrían mejorar las almohadas de la cama y la duración del agua caliente de las duchas.

Beautiful historic hotel in the city centre
Pros:

Wonderful hotel in an exceptional location in Cartagena. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed for a few very comfortable days (including a fridge). Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was varied and very satisfying, even for vegetarians (which is not easy in Colombia). Although the hotel is in the historic (and party) centre, our room was on the highest floor and we didn't really hear any noise from outside.

Cons:

There is no lift for people - only for luggage - in case this is an issue for you. We also did not use the pool, but in reality it did not look exactly like the photos and we were not so tempted.
