Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia en este alojamiento. Lo que más destacamos fue la amabilidad y disposición de todo el personal, siempre muy atentos y cordiales.

La habitación era cómoda, la cama muy confortable y el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente. La ducha también tenía muy buena presión y la temperatura del agua era ideal. Además, está muy bien ubicado, lo que facilita mucho moverse y conocer los alrededores.

Y el desayuno fue simplemente exquisito, con muy buenas opciones y todo muy rico. Sin duda, un alojamiento que recomendamos y al que volveríamos.

La luz del refrigerador no se apagaba y el wifi a veces no tenía señal, pero nada terrible

Pros:

El edificio es antiguo , reciclado con buen gusto . El desayuno es concreto , suficiente y rico. La ubicación es inmejorable si el objetivo es conocer y disfrutar el casco antiguo. La habitación es sencilla y cómoda , con aire acondicionado. El baño completo y funcional. El personal atento siempre y muy amable.

Cons:

En general era lo que esperaba y cumplió totalmente mis expectativas. Nada que criticar.

Pros:

Hospedagem simplesmente espetacular. Foca no coração de Cartagena. Próxima dos principais pontos de visitação, de farmácias, mercados e locais para comer. Tanto de dia como de noite muito segura a região. O quarto tem ar condicionado funcionando bem, cama grande, secador e chuveiro elétrico. O café da manhã com bastante fartura. Os funcionários extremamente a educados e solicitos, fui atendido pelo Donovan, super gente fina, educado, solícito e prestativo, nos ajudou muito ele, espero que vocês possam conhece-lo.

Cons:

Não tenho nenhum ponto negativo.

Pros:

Staff were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Location was exceptional! Elevator for luggage.

Cons:

No elevator for guest, but at least one for luggage. Hot water ran out quickly.
