Agradable excepto el servicio de alimentación

Limpio cómodo y bien ubicado

Cons:

El personal de la cocina fue desatento, malaclases. Pedí un café de más en el desayuno y dijeron (señalando un punto de café) ahí está el café sirvaselo!. Al siguiente día estaban en la cocina escuchando música cristiana a fuerte volumen de su celular y les molestaba que se les preguntara por algo. Creo que Jesús no entró del todo en su corazón 🤣🤣

O hotel vale pela localização e pelos funcionários, muito atenciosos. A conservação deixa a desejar.
Pros:

A localização é excelente. Fica no coração da cidade histórica de Cartagena. Conseguimos conhecer muita coisa da cidade, caminhando.

Cons:

Os móveis do quarto do hotel estão um pouco deteriorados. Algumas toalhas estavam rasgadas. Quando se toma banho a água do chuveiro invade o banheiro todo. O cheiro do quarto, quando entramos, era de inseticida. No penúltimo dia apareceu uma barata no banheiro e tivemos que pedir, justamente, o inseticida. Como um todo, o hotel é caro, considerando o custo benefício.

Pésimo aseo

Nada, todo terrible

Cons:

La limpieza era terrible, paquetes de comida debajo de la cama, exceso de polvo, mugre, basura de otros huéspedes… incluso habían pestañas postizas pegadas a la mesa de noche “en una habitación que se supone que limpiaron”

Acabei não ficando na casa Índia porque o quarto entrou em manutenção. Eles, antes da hospedagem, me contataram informando que me enviaria para um hotel parceiro. O hotel enviado tinham as mesmas condições contratadas e não me arrependi em nada. Foi maravilhoso..

La limpieza podría mejorar
Pros:

El desayuno cumplidor y puntual, buena ubicación, muy cerca a actividades en el centro. El personal del counter son super amables, la habitación amplia pero escuchas las conversaciones de los de al lado.

Cons:

Definitivamente la limpieza. Tuve la mala suerte de dejar caer una moneda al piso y cuando me agaché parecia que nunca habian barrido debajo de la cama. Igual en el baño, habian pelos desde que llegamos, parecía que no sabian barrer.

Localização excelente, quarto super agradável e café da manhã bom. Uma ótima escolha para quem busca conforto e praticidade durante a estadia.

Cons:

O acesso ao quarto é feito por quatro lances de escada e, considerando o calor intenso de Cartagena, a presença de um elevador faria toda a diferença no conforto da estadia.
