La ubicación es muy buena, el personal abierto a ayudar.
-Solicité antes de llegar utensilios para la cocina, al llegar le dije a la recepcionista y me dijo que si estaban, entré a la habitación y no habían...
Me llevaron dos ollas viejas y unas cucharones, no llevaron cubiertos.
- Dos días no había agua caliente, tenía que avisar a recepción para que revisaran y dejar correr el agua mucho tiempo ( 10 minutos) para que calentara.
- El baño no tiene extractor ni ventilación natural

Faciliteterna i lägenheten/rummet var dåliga. Spisen fungerade inte och det hushållsgeråd jag fick efter att jag bad om det var inte tillräckligt.
Frukostbuffé dukades inte fram varje dag. Lämnade hotellet i förtid.

La calidad del servicio y la atención al cliente, no realizaron limpieza a la habitación en los días que se estuve alojado, la habitación no tenía cortinas en una parte de la habitación y las que tenían estaban rotas y en mal estado, no habían toallas y no nos las cambiaron durante la permanencia, no hay comunicación con recepción, no hay teléfono en la habitación y nunca responden la línea celular

Nunca conseguí café o agua o caliente para tomar en el lugar donde estaban los termos cuando pedí agua caliente me dijeron que yo misma lo caliente en el microondas, el primer día se demoraron para servir el desayuno y todo estaba frio, 1 día no limpiaron mi habitación y por lo tarde que era tuve que dormir así al siguiente día lo mismo hasta que tuve que reclamar para que me cambien de habitación, otro día no me cambiaron las toallas estaban sucias, otro día no hubo agua caliente y no avisaron tuve que bañarme con agua fría. Cuando pedía agua caliente me decían que no hay :(
The location is very good and the staff is very kind and useful.
The mattresses are too soft and even the staff tried to change my very soft and old mattress, it didn't match the bed, so, the sales (very kind and helpful woman), asked me to move to another hotel from them in a nearby location. That place was very well located, but it was very old (the mattress was better than in the first place) and no breakfast (my booking included it).
