La distribución del espacio en el apartamento
no habia agua caliente cuando llegué. Sé que es algo que puede salirse un poco de control y lo entiendo. No habian toallas en el baño. La alacena de la cocina estaba sucia, los cajones y el meson. El comedor casi no tiene luz. El chat del wp casi no lo responden llevo varios dias solicitando la factura electronica y nada que me la envian, llamé dos veces y ni me contestaron ni devolvieron la llamada.
La ubicación en una zona buena.
Algunas habitaciones no eran lo suficientemente grandes. El buffet escaso.

Close to Parque 93 only 800meters so 12 minutes walk but there are other hotels closer to the park like Windsor for lower price 54$ and 600m to park, so not so special
The room was very cold.
1)The breakfast pictures on Booking was for a wonderful buffet, reality is disappointing some fruits, and fake sugary juice.
2)the Internet was working on and off in my 5401 Suite I had to use hotspot from my phone to have access to emails and work
3) the price is high 87 plus 14USD tax, there are cheaper options near the park, I usually stay at Windsor House for $57USD and very large room. but I wanted to try something fancy more costly to be enchanted in really I was disappointed
4) no courtesy waster in the room. ok fine cheap hotel but why not have a room mini bar, you can relieve the discomfort of the client walking to corner store to buy water, with a mini bar you can make additional sales. and profit, what the hell man think
5) not a bad hotel but so over priced and dead energy rooms, not worth the visit

No tiene aire, ventana mínima, faltaba el aire, piso roto, puerta rota.
La ubicación es céntrica y con muchas opciones muy cerca donde puedes trasladarte incluso caminando, es ideal si tienes un evento cerca a esa área, es importante
En 2 oportunidades necesité una plancha de ropa y no hubo disponibilidad, evidentemente estaban ocupadas en otras habitaciones. el tema es que deben tener una relación de donde está para simplemente llamar y verificar si ya está disponible
todo muy bien, el unico inconveniente fue q uno de los baños no tenia papelera (caneca)

Location was good, close to the Parque 93, the building looks nice and the staff is very friendly and accomodating
incredibly noisy, guests in other rooms can be clearly heard through walls and doors. wifi speed was ridiculously slow. even though advertised as small appartment with kitchenette there was zero stuff in there other than a microwave hotplate and fridge. no plates, no coffee maker, no forks or knives. all the while asking more money per night than the very close by situated Dann Carlton.

Están en remodelacion en los parqueaderos y huele mucho a polvo y humedad.
El Desayuno no es el mejor, es siempre lo mismo y muy escaso todo
No hay televisión usan magis tv y es por internet y no funciona bien, se traba todo el tiempo, además tuvimos problemas con la taza del baño que estuvo tapada siempre
