Отель до которого трудно идти
Pros:

Хороший аккуратный отель, неудобное расположение для пешего отдыхающего, идти приходится в крутую гору, но в остальном все хорошо

Pros:

Если вы не планируете отдых на море, то отель для вас подойдёт. Местоположение неудачное, до моря идти минут 20, а обратно ещё дольше,так как всё время в гору.

ניקיון אין תלונות, לכל שאלות שהיו קיבלנו תשובות לגבי אוכל ומבחר יש מקום לשיפור לדעתנו כפי כבר ציינתי הן במבחר והן צורת הגשה לדוגמה מוצרי חלב אמורים ליהות להשמר במקרר גם במהלך הגשה כמו שקורה בבתי מלון בישראל למלון אין מעלית הוא לא מתאים לבעלי מקבלות פיזיים וחבל

Замечательный отдых в отеле НАИРИ г. Сочи
Pros:

Отдыхали в этом отеле 2-7 мая, 2019г. Все понравилось, хороший уровень 3* отеля.
Чисто, уютно, вкусные завтраки. Брали 2комнатный номер на семью (2 взр и 2 дет).
Отель расположен на подъёме, но нас это нисколько не смущало.
Уютный дворик и терраса, есть небольшой бассейн.
Много зелени.
Приехали в отель ночью, заселились быстро.

Pros:

This was a great stay. The hotel is on a steep climb but other than that it was great. Victoria at the front desk was very helpful and her English was good enough to communicate.

Good hotel with good location and breakfast
Pros:

Good hotel with good location in Sochi. Nice terrace on the top floor with good view over Sochi and also a good and nice swimmingpool. Very good breakfast buffet. The staff was also nice and spoked good english. The WIFI worked perfect.

Problems with h the room and the staff
Pros:

They charge incorrectly, the room had an issue, they couldn’t fix it so moved from room to room m, wasted a lot of time going through it, some of the front desk staff had an attitude, the hotel is ok but service is deficient, location is reasonable.

Единственный минус отеля- в номере нет электрического чайника или хотя бы кулера на этаже. В остальном всё отлично, прекрасное расположение, вкусные, разнообразные завтраки, просторный номер.

Ездили с друзьями на майские праздники отдыхать. Отель нам понравился, вкусная и разнообразная еда, приветливый персонал, территория отеля прекрасно обустроена, есть бассейн, терраса со столами и стульями, в отеле много общих балконов с шикарным видом, также в отеле есть выход на крышу с панорамным видом, где можно прекрасно отдохнуть. От нашей поездки остались самые лучшие впечатления. Очень многие писали, что тяжело к отелю подниматься, насчет этого не могу ничего плохого сказать, так как мы молодые, нам было это не в тягость. Несмотря на полностью заполненный отель, парковочные места были практически всегда, а если их не оказывалось на территории, то возле ворот их полно! Номера очень чистые и уютные, хочется выказать свою благодарность уборщицам, которые прекрасно справлялись со своими обязанностями. Во втором корпусе есть большой зал, в котором стоит стол для пинг-понга. Также там находится множество игрушек для детей, поэтому на мой взгляд это очень хорошее место для отдыха с детьми. Район, в котором стоит отель, тихий. Вай-фай в отеле очень хороший! Возможный минус - далековато от пляжа, как может показаться семьям с детьми или пожилым людям.

Pas de Sauna! :-( mais le reste était parfait :-)

J'avais choisi l'hotel en raison de la présence du sauna (indiqué dans le descriptif de l'hotel - et avec photos), hors le sauna et la piscine intérieure n'existent plus (remplacés par des chambres) depuis plusieurs mois au moins. Grosse déception !
Pour l'aspect restaurant, il faut commander le repas jusqu'à midi.
En revanche l'hotel est très propre, le personnel agréable, le reste est parfait (nous avions une excursion, j'ai demandé extremement tard s'il était possible d'avoir un petit déjeuner à emporter, le matin nous avions un sac avec: boisson, sandwitch, fruits).

Были с 01.04.17 по 05.04.17гг. Отель очень понравился, красиво оформлен, расположен практически в центре города, до набережной- 5-10 мин медленным шагом. кругом кафе, магазинчики. В отеле чудесный завтрак-шведский стол (включен в стоимость проживания), можно заказать и обед, и ужин дополнительно. номера чистые, уютные, у нас был с балконом, белье и полотенца меняли через день,телевизор. кондиционер.Очень приятное обслуживание на ресеншен- отдельное им спасибо. Осталось очень хорошее воспоминание от поездки, всем советую- не пожалеете!

Неплохой вариант бюджетного размещения
Pros:

Неудачное расположение с плохой парковкой компенсируется хорошим завтраком и удобными чистыми номерами. Персонал дружелюбен, но не более того.

Pros:

We found the staff very friendly as they could be although not many spoke much English. The breakfasts were very filling and nutritious. The only problem was that the hotel was built on the side of a hill with 43 steps up to the front gate then 42 steps up to the front door then 52 steps up to our room. A total of 117 steps from the road to our room. And no lift.
The manager helped us very much with getting around Sochi.
