Bedden veel te smal,minimale kamer,geen sfeer,geen behulpzaam bed bij inchecken.
En kamer hoogste verdieping,geen ramen.
Ik vond de prijs kwaliteit waardeloos.

Pros:

The front desk staff were exceptional! Easy to check in/out, provided city map and places of interest. By far some of the best staff you will find! Right outside the front door you can catch a tram to the old town center, or its an easy and beautiful walk over the bridge. The panorama catwalk looks out over Bern and is ideal for some great views. Absolutely worth every penny.

Une adresse à retenir
Pros:

Tout le personnel disponible et très sympathique, on se sent vraiment accueillis. Le petit-déjeuner est incroyable, la chambre spacieuse, très confortable et avec une très belle vue. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et tout était simplement parfait.
