Für eine Nacht mit Konzertbesuch super
Pros:

Aus Nähe zur Eventlocation gebucht. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, das selbst bei hoher Belastung im Eventbetrieb stets das Wohl des Gastes im Auge hat. Beim Frühstück sehr breite Wahl, sogar mit Rösti.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer könnte besser auf Sauberkeit geachtet werden. Der Dispenser für das Duschschampo war defekt. Für mich war das Zimmer mit Blick auf den Innenhof ok. Aber das war eher ein Schmaler Spalt zur Fassade. Müsste genauer kommuniziert werden. Bei Ankunft wird Kreditkarte oder dreistelliges Bargelddepot verlangt. Eine Unsitte gegenüber dem Gast, insbesondere, wenn er das Zimmer bereits bezahlt hat.

Im grossen und ganzen sehr zufrieden
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, etwas erhöht über der Stadt, hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht. Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig eingerichtet, vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig.

Cons:

Die Auswahl der Käsesorten gering (3 Sorten). Man merkt, es wird gespart.

Pros:

L hôtel et magnifique. Bien placé.

Cons:

Réceptionniste désagréable. Pas un mot de français !
30 fr de parking. Un peu chère avec le prix de la chambre.

Pros:

The hotel is well located. It's modern and staff are very polite.

Cons:

Unfortunately the hotel is very noisy, you can hear the other guests , and the hotel has events so it's extremely noisy make it very hard to sleep, which is the whole point of staying in the hotel mm, we did call reception but nothing was done.

Not very clean, you can see dust in everywhere and hairs in the toilet.

Overall, for the price you pay, I don't recommend staying here.

Pros:

Very welcoming lady at breakfast

Cons:

Check in : 15 minutes (we were a group of 3, no one waiting. Just so much paper to fill in).
I stayed dozen of nights. I still need to give an id, make a copy, fill in the form..

My room was for disabled people. What was the meaning ?

Great location, absolute great staff and a nice room.
Pros:

Room was nice, clean and a good size. The window into the hallway was a little bit uncomfortable, even as you can't see in from the outside.
