El personal de la cocina ( cocinera) no puede estar ignorando a un turista o diciéndole que espere, por que ella esta usando el celular con una conversación y la anfitriona del rest tenga que solucionar haciendo esperar a un niño por un huevo frito hasta que ella termine de hablar.
El estado del baño no era el mejor, en el baño habia moho visible, los envases de jabon y shampo en la ducha aparte de estar vecios estaban bastante oxidados, el agua se salia de la ducha hacia el resto del baño por una grita en el borde del piso, el ascensor se movia de forma extraña al usarlo aunque el personal fue atento pero las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear a pesar de la buena ubicacion no lo recomiendo.

The breakfast was great, the staff very courteous and helpful during my stay Sept 12-17, 2025.
The hotel should consider having a restaurant on the premises and utilizing a taxi service to assist guest who wants to move around.

I was going to stay longer but didn’t. I needed a nice shower and the shower was amazing. (My shower is horrible where I am staying for a month in Columbia.)
I needs better facilities
I thought we would have two double beds for our standard double bed, but it was really more like a full sized bed and a twin bed. There was also a bug in our room. There was a hair dryer docking station but the hair dryer had been removed from our room. There was also a bright flashing light from outside that was hard to ignore. Traffic outside also made it very noisy.
We only stayed for one night before catching an early morning flight. It was fine for our purposes but I probably would not stay longer than a night.
The Hotel’s location is very good, like in the center of everything but, is at an avenue so if you’re not accustomed to traffic noise it’s not for you. I had to ask for a change of rooms because of this. Since there’s no air conditioner you have to open the window. The breakfast is always the same thing basically. If you ask for anything in the lobby, water, beer, snacks, you have to pay it right away. I thought it was added to your account but no. Another inconvenience for me is there’s just one card key for the room. We were four, so if we went to different places we had lo leave the key in the lobby. The coffee is in the lobby, not the rooms.
The internet was good and the beds were very comfortable.
For the price it was okay. It I think next time I’ll try a place with more amenities.
Hotel di media qualità situato su via ad alto scorrimento quindi rumore traffico da mettere in conto. Fornitura camera scarsa, solo tre asciugamani doccia in 4 persone e sapone terminato in doccia.
A nostra richiesta non hanno risposto positivamente.
La habiatacion da a la avenida principal calle 26 Dormimos ya de cansancio como a las 6 am porque el ruido de los carros es muy fuerte pareciera que las ventanas no aíslan nada de ruido pésima noche pasamos
