Olympion Sunset

They changed our room on the second day. They took us to a very bad room, air conditioner water was constantly dripping. There was no cleaning and towels were not changed. I will not choose again

Non è un vero 5 stelle. Ci sono molti aspetti da migliorare. La reception è sempre vuota, nessuno ti accoglie sono tutti dietro l’acquario. La spiaggia è molto bella, peccato che la struttura potrebbe pulire la sabbia perché trovi mozziconi di sigarette, stecchini di cibo, rifiuti lasciati dalle persone incivili, certo, però potrebbe rendere il posto più bello ma non lo fa nessuno. Lettini e ombrelloni ok, bar in spiaggia molto bello, personale gentile, cibo e drink ottimi… ma è un’altra organizzazione 😏. La piscina bella, i bagni dovrebbero pulirli di più. La nostra camera non era un granché, dalle foto sembra più bella. Bagno con la vasca decisamente no, ti lavavi con gettiti di acqua fredda e calda, una sfida docciarti in quanto il doccino non potevi asppenderlo in alto, frigo bar vuoto e vecchio, il letto comodo ma i cuscini 👎, pulizie da migliorare. Colazione buona ma senza targhette sui cibi e indicazioni sugli allergeni… se sei allergico come me ti tocca chiedere tutti i giorni al personale che non sa nemmeno che c’è dentro. Il caffè espresso e cappuccino è veramente vergognoso lo fanno pagare a parte, il personale in sale è sempre scocciato e ti guarda malissimo come se non vede l’ora che te ne vai, tranne il manager molto gentile ed educato. Ci tornerei? Solo per il bar sulla spiaggia…

Тихое, спокойное место для отдыха. Просторные номера, хорошее обслуживание и вкусная еда в ресторане, море спокойное и чистое. Из минусов: некуда пойти. Отдых сродни поездке на Мальдивы. Уединенный и размеренный. Отель подходит для отдыха с детьми: на завтрак каши, пологий вход в воду, песчаный пляж

The hotel is at the beginning of the Fourka beach, it is a smaller hotel, which we liked as it was close to the bar, beach or pool from our room. The staff and meals were excellent. The beach is sandy with some pebbles and there are also some pebbles or stones on bottom of the sea, but water is crystal clear so we enjoyed our holiday with our baby there. We had just a problem with malfunction of our air condition last 2 days, which the hotel staff tried to fixed.

The majority of the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful but we had a particular issue with one female receptionist who was unwilling to help us book a taxi for our wedding day. In the end we were able to book a taxi ourselves by searching on Google but it turned out that she had never even tried to book a taxi for us like she had suggested!
The location of the hotel is directly on the beach which is very nice, the pool is a reasonable size.
The room itself was pretty clean but on the the bed sheets and the curtains there were some dirt marks and generally the hotel rooms need a refresh. The bathroom shower sprayed in different directions.
The breakfast was good with quite a large selection, but no freshly cooked eggs so they were always pretty cold.
Overall, not what I expected from somewhere with 5 stars.

It was an amazing experience. Everything was so nice and enjoyable. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly!
Wish we had booked more nights there

Really lovely staff, service excellent, food very good. The hotel is perfectly sited next to the beach and manages a lovely beach club feel. Rooms are a good size and well designed - sofa beds need upgrading. Balcony was very nice, but could benefit from more comfortable furniture/ cushions - for super comfort. All in all we had a great stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Olympion Sunset, and would highly recommend it to others. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we loved having dinner at the beachside cafe. So relaxing, and it never felt crowded. Perfect for a getaway when you just want to unplug and relax.

So I’ve stayed in different resorts, many that boast about their luxury service offering, but this simple and family friendly place has become my new found favorite.
When you walk in, it feels very safe and secure, it is clear that many of their clients are returning customers, knowing the staff by name. It’s a very family friendly setting, people safely leave their belongings on their sunbeds or chairs and go for a swim.
The staff are incredibly thoughtful, and take the effort to remember your preferences. You would ask for extra salt with your fries on day one for example, and they would accommodate you the same way throughout your stay.
Many times I required a lift to places near by and the hotel staff would drop me off free of charge.
They really went the extra mile to ensure customers were happy. They made my staff in Greece unforgettable. Thank you all! In particular thank you to Petros and Nick, and all the reception staff, catering staff, pool staff, cleaning, you were great!

This is a typical European Independent Hotel in a great location. Our Junior Suite had an awesome balcony with an amazing Sunset view. The restaurant was also quite good.

Our stay was quite enjoyable and relaxing. The buffet and beach restaurant food were very good and surpassed our expections. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt supported throughout our time at the resort. The ground had a very well thought out layout and the beach view was incredible. We also really appreciated the access to the resort’s private beach umbrellas and chairs.

Only negative feedback would be that the pool hours seemed short (10:00-17:00); there was limited bar/restaurant service at the beach umbrellas/pool; and there was limited transportation to get there (only car rental or taxi - both $$$).

Everything and everyone was excellent!!

The only thing less than excellent was the fitness room. It was in a room that was 12’ x 12’.

Staff were excellent and added greatly to a very relaxing holiday.

there is one guy who is acting like manager or boss i don't know, he wants everybody to see that he is main person in the hotel and that looks terrible.Also they are not really polite

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel, the staff, the food, the service, the room and the beach. Its not a 5 star hotel in the land where I am from, but for Europe and the beach town which it is in I will give it 5 stars. All service with a smile and very kind staff. The town itself is a horror show, so eating in the hotel became a necessity, the food is first fairly priced and out of this world. As well the restaurant is right on the beach so it really doesn't get any better.
