Please note only 1 dog is allowed per room. Please note that guests who will arrive by car are required to directly contact the hotel by telephone. The Parc Beaux-Arts will then confirm and make further arrangements.

Please note that the hotel is housed in an old, classified building which might be less suitable for guests with limited mobility. As the Parc Beaux-Arts is located in a lively quarter and is a historic building under monument protection, noise complaints are not subject to refunds.

Please note that guests need to present the same credit card they used to book the hotel upon check-in. Otherwise, they need to pay the total amount in cash during check-in.

Please note that breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00 on weekdays and from 07:00 to 11:00 on weekends.

Lunch and dinner are served from 12:00 to 21:00 nonstop at the hotel's restaurant.

We need to specify that a driver's license is not considered an official ID in Luxembourg. Only Government issued ID or Passports are valid.

As of September 1, 2025, Luxembourg law requires all travelers aged 15 and over to present a valid identity card or passport upon check-in. Failure to present one of these documents will result in room keys not being issued.

Een verblijf waar je zowel van het stadscentrum als van de natuur kunt genieten.
Pros:

De accommodatie ligt ideaal in het centrum, en vormt tegelijk een uitstekend vertrekpunt voor mooie wandelingen in de natuur. Vanaf het station van Luxemburg is het ongeveer 20 minuten wandelen, wat vlot en probleemloos te doen is.

Bij aankomst werden we zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en geholpen in het Engels. We kregen bovendien extra uitleg over bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Het personeel gaf ook aan dat we altijd bij hen terecht konden voor tips over eetgelegenheden en andere vragen. Ze waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Er viel weinig op te merken. Enkel bij het verversen van de lakens merkten we enkele vlekjes op de nieuwe lakens. Voor de rest was alles volledig in orde.

Ein paar schöne Tage in Luxemburg in einem stilvollen Hotel an bester Lage.
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich mitten in der Altstadt, die Lage ist top. Jedes Zimmer ins anders, alles hat Stil und Charme.

Cons:

Wir waren schon letztes Jahr hier, mussten beim Check-in aber alles bis aufs Detail nochmals neu ausfüllen. Beide ID-Karten, das volle Programm. Schade, die meisten Hotels sind nicht so kompliziert.

Great location, spotless but extremely noisy!!
Pros:

Great location. In old city. Close to great restaurants. Very clean.

Cons:

The outside noise level is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! Across from a pub. Extreme noises starts at 6pm and continues until about 3am. There are no double glazing. No shutters. Nothing from the hotel to lessen the noise. Relying on the goodwill of guests to accept noise. Had to ask for ear buds to help- even that was not good enough. Stayed 3 nights. Saturday reception lady was really rude about it-told us to move if we don’t like it. We paid a lot of money and this was not pointed out anywhere as an issue. Really very disappointed.

Pros:

• The staff were very pleasant, and the gentleman at check-in was especially friendly and helpful.
• Great location in the city center.

Cons:

• Nearby parking is not well suited for larger cars. We had to park in the theater parking garage a few blocks away.
• The room absolutely did not match the price. Calling it a suite just because the TV is placed in a separate room from the bed makes little sense. The room itself was very modest, and it feels like you are paying mainly for the central location, which is not a strong justification given the city’s size and available transportation options.

Pros:

The room was very comfortable and spacious, with an excellent bathroom. The staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The location is unbeatable if you want to be in the old town.

Cons:

As the hotel is on the street it was a bit noisy when trying to sleep on the Friday and Saturday nights, but it was worth it for the location.

Very good and I would stay again and recommend it to others.
Pros:

The location was superb and the staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The location in the centre has a downside at weekends. We were on the front of the hotel and Friday night was noisy until 2.00am. The other nights (Weds and Thurs) were very quiet

A great weekend break
Pros:

Lovely room and really well located in the old town

Cons:

A little on the expensive side but the stay was lovely. Only downside is that there can be quite a bit of noise at night as it’s so central. Didn’t bother me as I sleep easily but something to be aware of
