Absolutely gorgeous hotel
Both families had dogs and our rooms were next to each other. Very modern and extremely comfortable rooms. Breakfast was 5 star
Highly recommend this hotel
The decor and design of the hotel.

Amazing location, clean, staff were super nice.
The junior suite we stayed in had a jacuzzi. The kids loved it.
I have no complaints.
The hotel has a great location—close to the city center but far enough to avoid the chaos of New Year’s Eve, which we really appreciated.
The room was spacious enough, but the furniture felt quite old and dated. We were also disappointed to find that there was no smart TV, which did not meet our expectations for a four-star hotel.
One major inconvenience was that the restaurant was not operating during our stay. This was especially disappointing since we chose the hotel as a pet-friendly option and wanted to remain close to our dog rather than go out for meals. Breakfast was available, but it could be more varied and generous.
The hotel is not very stroller-friendly, as you always need to rely on staff to provide access to the lift, which was inconvenient. Overall, the stay felt overpriced for what was offered, and we expected a much warmer welcome, especially during the festive season.
Brilliant location and super clean reception area, bar and dining room. Breakfast delicious, cooked fresh and everything you could want. Staff very professional also.
Shower had poor water pressure
Night Porter was very friendly, chatty and knowledgeable. The location was very good. Parking was very cheap just up the road in the public carpark. The hotel was clean and the WiFi was very fast. The breakfast menu was decent .
The woman working the breakfast area in the morning was rude. Room 205 was very loud, every time someone flushed the toilet there was a water pump that went off near our room extremely loudly and also a constant hum 24/7, as was the staircase near the door. Also for a family room, which we booked, especially [2 kids plus a couple] the room was very small, there was no space to put the luggage rack for our suitcase as there was a camp bed installed where you would normally put this, it was basically a standard room with the 3rd bed squeezed in which left no space at all for luggage. We were offered an upgrade to a superior room at check-in for 25 euro extra, in hindsight maybe we should have taken this, but certainly didn't expect to have to pay to not be squashed. The bar/lounge closes at 10:30 which is far too early in my opinion ,they will still serve you a drink however you need to bring it back to your room or sit in the reception area.
Location and breakfast were fantastt
No complaints at all
