Lovely hotel with exceptional hospitality centrally located. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Excellent, quaint, clean hotel with exceptional service. The location was also a plus. My family of four (two children ages 12 and 10) had plenty of room.

Pros:

Hotel was very central and staff were so lovely and helpful. We travelled with someone who was using a wheelchair and everything was very accessible. The staff were so lovely anf helpful and accommodated us for an early checkin. The breakfast was lovely in the hotel also. Would definitely come back and stay again.

Location was ideal for easy access for all you could want to do in Killarney. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast made to order each day was wonderful. Clean and safe facility.

Cons:

Decor and furniture was dated and pretty beat. Could really use an update. Not enough dresser / wardrobe space for a long stay. We were in town for a wedding and this was not a room ideal for formal affair. No steam for iron, no hooks to hang long items. It was hot during our stay and the air conditioning was on a 2 hour timer so woke up sweating in the night to reset.

Simply the best. Better than all the rest.
Pros:

Another fantastic stay in The Fairview. Our favourite place to stay in Killarney - A Home away from home experience. James and Anne are the epitome of Irish hospitality at its best. Breakfast is to die for. Compliments to the chef and in kitchen and dining room. Can’t wait to return.

Very good hotel
Pros:

Its in the centre of killarney and the staff and hotel was pleasent. The rooms were clean and had a fan aswell. Its not too expensive which is amazing for the value. It wasnt too loud in the hotel. The food was amazing and i would 100% recommend. The only issue is that the checking in time is at 4pm which is a bit late.

FAIRVIEW STAFF WERE INCREDIBLE
Pros:

A planned week of hiking morphed into a 5-day stay at the Fairview hotel when SO fell ill with flu and required medical attention. Staff at the Fairview, James O'Neill in particular, were incredibly empathetic and supportive, suggesting medical aid, summoning taxis, and upgrading to a larger, quieter room. Hotel personnel continued to inquire about SO's health throughout the stay. Health issues aside, the hotel is centrally located, close to transportation and the National Park. The breakfast was a daily treat, with a variety of options (try the Eggs Benedict!).
We would happily return to this hotel.
