areál je nádherný, snídaně byly dobré, personál milý, pokoj vybavený

Cons:

na pokoji jsme měli položené na posteli dekorační polštářky, ty ale byly v nepatřičném stavu (něčím postříkané)

Не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Всегда приветливый персонал, удобное месторасположение, тихо и комфортно. Не смотря на жару на улице, в домике очень хорошо работает кондиционер. Очень чистые номера. Приятный завтрак.

Suurepärane koht Brno kandis!
Pros:

Alati ilus, puhas ja rahulik koht lõõgastuseks. Meeldiv personal ja alati puhas. Suured ja avarad toad, mis avanevad terrassile ja palaval perioodil on toas leevendamiseks konditsioneer. Mugavust lisab ka see, et autoga saab asjade mahalaadimiseks sõita majutusele lähemale.
Restoranis on väga head toidud, väga mõistlikute hindadega ja einestamise võimalus välialal.
Lähedal kuulsad punkva koopad, suur Brno loomaaed.

Ubytování doporučuji, ale na jídlo si zajeďte někam jinam.

Cons:

Návštěva restaurace v tomto hotelu byla obrovským zklamáním a jedním z nejhorších gastronomických zážitků za dlouhou dobu. Za ceny, které si zde účtují, by člověk čekal profesionální servis a kvalitní jídlo, realita je ale bohužel úplně jiná.
Hned po příchodu jsme čekali více než půl hodiny jen na to, než nám vůbec netečný personál uráčil přinést jídelní lístky. Obsluha je extrémně arogantní, hostů si absolutně nevšímá a tváří se, že je vaše přítomnost obtěžuje. O nějaké péči v průběhu večera nemůže být řeč – jakmile jsme dopili, nikdo se nepřišel zeptat, zda si dáme něco dalšího.
Zlatým hřebem pak bylo samotné jídlo, které dorazilo na stůl studené. Když jsme po tomto zážitku chtěli zbylé jídlo zabalit s sebou, museli jsme personál doslova prosit, aby se tomu někdo věnoval.
Této restauraci se vyhněte širokým obloukem. Předražené ceny absolutně neodpovídají neschopné obsluze ani studenému jídlu. Sem už nikdy více.
