A couple of minor things to note from the hotel description; They do not operate an airport shuttle bus, and there is no car parking on site. However, there is plenty of parking in the vicinity of the hotel.

The hotel itself is absolutely perfect as far as I am concerned. It is small enough as to never seem overcrowded, even at full capacity. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Also, the bed was probably the most comfortable I've slept in when away from home.

As for the staff, they are attentive and helpful.

Excellent service from start to finish. Hotel is spotless and the breakfast was very good.

Ordentliche, zum Flur hin etwas hellhörige Zimmer. Zimmer und öffentliche Bereiche sauber, gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal.

Loved our stay here! Would definitely go back. The staff are so lovely and helpful they work so hard.
Spa was great too. The area is super chilled and great food and friendly hospitality.
Only thing would say is the Wi-Fi isn’t perfect but think that’s Greece in general.

Definitely not a 5-star property. I have seen better 3-star properties with better amenities and facilities.

Attention le descriptif des équipements de la chambre est trompeur il n’y a pas de bain à remous extérieur dans la supérieure vue jardin contrairement à ce qui est écrit et le stationnement se fait dans la rue. Le restaurant est délicieux et le personnel sympathique mais les avantages Vip n’ont pas été pris en compte même pas le départ tardif de 2h qui est normalement garanti. L’hotel est beau mais les finissions à revoir pour un 5 étoiles. Literie excellente. Environnement proche moche. Voiture indispensable.

Ons verblijf was OK. Ook niet meer dan dat. Check in was vriendelijk en vlot. Helaas kamer nog niet klaar half uur voor check in tijd, maar dat is opgelost met een welkomstdrankje. Het hotel is netjes, maar kaal en kil. De kamer is netjes, maar erg basic. Het bed is wel erg zacht, maar dat bleek ook redelijk versleten.
De TV is best verouderd. Internet heeft een aantal pogingen nodig om in te loggen.
Dit hotel is echt geen 5 sterren waard. Prima 3 sterren hotel!

Nice Hotel but obviously Covid is still restricting staff levels. Room comfortable but not as described on Hotels.com. Room did not have hot tub which was in the description. Only got 2 small bottles of water on first day. Had to keep asking for cups/t-bags. Cleaning not great and no towels on 2 days. Other guests in hotel were returning customers and they were disappointed with the changes/issues. Would return to the area again but not that hotel. At the moment it is not 5* as advertised

Big spacious room with great view, perfectly equipped with both shower and massage bath tub. We could not ask for more! Staff was extremely helpful and very kind. Despite corona virus outbreak, service was not affected - I would say that being served exclusively by staff is even better than having access to buffet. Food and drinks were simply delicious - just like you would expect from a 5* hotel. Very quiet location, not overly touristy like other locations we visited. We are looking forward to visit this hotel in a future!

We booked a suite with private pool thinking that the price and reviews made it sound like a 5 star experience. It came very highly rated, which is very surprising and makes the whole peer review exercise unreliable for future bookings.

Our room was really in terrible condition. The pictures do not show how much wear and tear the hotel is under. The blue couch in our room was marked with brown from dirt and the towels had holes in them (see photos). Not to mention that the floors had the grout scrubbed white but the rest of the tiles they did not clean... The staff was kind and apologetic but there is nothing they can do.

Just beware when you book not to pay a premium which is non refundable... Other rooms may be better and are much cheaper. The pool is nice.

The dinner is not to our taste (we prefer the local Taverna food) but included in the rate, so a cheaper solution.

Their COVID sanitation is likely to standards.

I left and felt cheated and disappointed. Luckily we booked for one night and left for a luxury five star hotel at the same price.

Very nice hotel with many facilities in a good location. We had a great room in front of the pool. Groomers and waiters were courteous and helpful. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and dinner everyday.
