It's a grand setting that fits the brand name. Location is also a strong point as its loctaed in very central of GZ.

Cons:

Staff is too efficient and may be too much; has forgotten they are in a service industry. Putting guests 1st should be their top priority.

Pros:

Было очень комфортно. Я пришла в данный отель после другого отеля, где была расстроена, но Sofitel превзошел ожидания и было просто лекарством наслаждения, что пришлось продлить отель еще на одни сутки. Супер! Красивый! Удобный!

Didn’t reflect the Sofitel brand quality.
Pros:

Room layout was great and spacious

Cons:

The smell of smoke in the room and in the foyer. Shower leaks into the toilet which was had its separate room. Poor WiFi quality.

Breakfast drink options were terrible.

Cons:

Very old property. Stinking and disgusting carpets. Have to change my room because it was stinking really bad. Even after changing room was horrible. No body lotion in the room. Tap was leaking
