Pros:

Struttura enorme molto elegante, albergo non nuovissimo ma di alto livello

Cons:

Non funziona carta di credito contact less, solo fisiche e oggi giorno in un albergo internazionale non va bene. E troppo alta la cauzione (anche se poi ti viene restituita)

اقامتى في هذا الفندق كانت سيئة للغاية واتهمنا عدة مرات بفتح علب الكحول ولم نفتحها اطلاقاً وتم اخذ قيمتها واخلاق ااموظفين

الموقع فقط والبقية الموظفين سيئون والنظافة سيئة حمامات قديمة ومافي اي تجديد والحمامات كلها بكتريا .. والشراشف لم تتغير

Very clean and sophisticated. Breakfast had good variety of food. Staff were very welcoming. Rooms are very convenient and comfortable beds. Room
Cleanliness was maintained well. No odour smell during my stay. Spa facilities were amazing and very professional. Hotel is very close to Shahe market and nearby popular landmarks.

Cons:

Toilet should have a bidet for international muslim guests. The halal food option at breakfast was very limited and food got wasted everyday because halal corner had curry and okra and porridge which did not look appetizing. We wish they would give a halal omelet station, Because the current omelet station had bacon mixing in other ingredients.
