Pros:

Very nice hotel. There are multiple options of pillows to choose from. I was able to choose one I like. The bathroom and tub are very nice.

Decent stay
Pros:

Room size and swimming pool are good. Breakfast choices are good too.

Cons:

The location is not convenient. Have to take taxi or didi wherever we go. Service is not up to expectation. Compared to Xian and zhengzhou sofitel, the staff here are not helpful or friendly.

Wonderful weekends in Guangzhou!
Pros:

Honestly, this hotel was great from start to finish. The location is super convenient – right in Tianhe, connected to Grandview Mall, and the metro is just a quick walk away. Made getting around the city so easy.

The room was really nice – spacious, clean, and comfortable. I especially loved the marble bathroom with the deep soaking tub. Perfect way to relax after a long day of walking and exploring.

Food was excellent too. Breakfast had so many options, both Western and local, and everything tasted fresh. Dinner was just as good – no disappointments there.

And the staff? Really friendly and helpful. Everyone I talked to was professional but also warm, which made the stay feel even better. Wanna say special thanks to Yulia!

All in all, I'd absolutely stay here again. If you're looking for a solid luxury hotel in a great spot in Guangzhou, this Sofitel is a fantastic choice. Five stars from me. Thank you 🤍
