The hotel is a bit old but the staffs are all doing good.
Pros:

I like the staffs as they are all patient & helpful.

Cons:

I have requested 2 twin rooms & 1 king bed room but I got 2 king bed room & 1 twin room instead. Though the front desk staff, Ricky had tried to fix the problem, I still didnt get what I requested.

Great value five star hotel in the best area of the city

a bad experience I do not wish it for any one. I am most definitely not going there again.
Pros:

the fact that we ended up with rooms on the same floor, that was satisfactory to a point. Unfortunately my room A/C was not working properly and ended up switching to another room.

Cons:

the cleanliness, you can see things from the corridor walls to bathroom walls with sticky spots and other stuff I would not dare to touch. on two separate occasions we had encounters with drunk tenants, one ended up scaring my kids at their room threatening words in Chinese. what made it worse, the management where not too apologetic claiming there is not much they can do to control guests attitude. the rooms where clearly no smoking rooms, however some guests could not care less. as a matter of fact they had the room door wide open with at least three guys smoking freely in front of anyone choses to interfere!!!

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Thanks to our Club Lounge booking, we checked in with Niki, who was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. She kindly assisted us in securing the best room available.

We were especially impressed by the attentiveness of both Niki and Shelly. Shelly remembered our preferences, making every interaction feel personal. As we were traveling with our baby, they both went above and beyond to ensure our little one was well taken care of, always checking if we needed any assistance.

Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine kindness made our stay truly memorable. We look forward to returning.
