the room was a nice design interior but the television was outdated and the in mirror television in the bathroom didnt work. additionally the walls in the room was not well cleaned, one could find specs and creases on the walls, which was uncomfortable to watch. Breakfast was very good. location was brilliant too.

The staff were very helpful, particularly Yuvi & Ricky at the front desk, Yuliya the guest relations manager and the doormen.
Rooms are big enough & comfy and cleaners are very punctual. Lobby is massive, breakfast was great too :-)
Sometime at level 12, as soon as you stepout of the lift, you could slightly smell as someone has smoked here in the past. but it wasn't too strong.
Nothing anymore
Service drastically worsened from 2 years ago. Unpleasant staff. Only management staff is good. In room dining has become trash. Restaurant service and quality now poor. No improvement on anything at all.
