De club op 29ste verdieping was dit keer een tegenvaller. Ik ben hier vorig jaar ook twee keer een week geweest en toen was het veel beter. Iedere keer werd er naar je kamer nummer gevraagd terwijl ze me al meerdere keren hadden gezien. Ik wilde even met een leverancier zitten maar werd meteen geconfronteerd met 349 rmb als zij iets te drinken zou nemen. Super onvriendelijk, terwijl je een uur per dag gratis de vergaderruimte mag gebruiken. Ik plugde 5 seconden een haardroger in het in stopcontact om de blaaskracht te testen en werd meteen aangesproken dat ik het er uit moest halen want dit kon andere gasten storen. Maar ik was speciaal in de hoek gaan zitten en nergens om me heen waren andere gasten. Wel liep het personeel uitgebreid met karretjes in de rondte met schalen, borden, kopjes die rinkelden. Dat creëert meer geluid dan de haardroger(waar ik in handel). Personeel doet niet veel dus ipv steeds met karretjes te rijden kunnen ze iets vaker heen en weer lopen met borden etc.

Son emplacement
Le service était moyen. Les équipements sont vieillots. La douche dans la suite faisait l’objet d’inondation intempestives. Pas de savon dans le wc visiteur. Bref ce n’était pas à la hauteur d’un SOFITEL
Prenotazione iniziale n. 6227248571 effettuata il 16/01/2026 e successivamente cancellata il 22/04/2026, proprio il giorno della partenza per la Cina, nonostante la carta di credito fosse stata correttamente aggiornata il 17/04. Da quel momento è iniziato uno scaricabarile inaccettabile tra Booking.com e la struttura, con nessuno in grado di assumersi la responsabilità.
Siamo stati costretti a rifare una nuova prenotazione (n. 5549158956) a prezzo notevolmente più alto, in pieno periodo di fiera di Canton, subendo un danno economico evidente.
Al check-in (ore 9:30) ci è stato richiesto il pagamento dell’early check-in, mentre al check-out anticipato (ore 8:00) non è stato riconosciuto alcun early check-out: gestione chiaramente orientata solo al massimo profitto.
Il livello del personale è risultato totalmente inadeguato per una clientela internazionale. Episodio grave al ristorante: una cameriera, dopo averci contestato l’ordine, ha servito un piatto di broccoli al nostro tavolo, poi lo ha ritirato dopo che avevamo già iniziato a mangiare e lo ha servito ad un altro tavolo. Un comportamento inaccettabile sotto il profilo igienico e professionale.
Servizio clienti inesistente, comunicazione confusa, e standard non all’altezza di un hotel 5 stelle.
