Very good hotel with excelente location. Nice facilites, good breakfast and friendly staff.
You can go by walk to most of the attraction in downtown.
The only think we didnt like was the odor of the room, smelled like mold and cigarrettes.

We loved the room, the breakfasts, the location, the staff, the massage we got, and most everything. The only complaint is that the shower door didn’t close and the floor outside would get wet. The hotel needs some upgrades like the bathrooms and the gym needs more space and better exercise machines. However, overall I would give the facility a “very
good” rating.

Nice budget hotel. First assigned room was unacceptable. Second was better though not very clean. Had to ask for towels and for the floor to be cleaned. Good breakfast though crowded space. Good overall stay, very good location. Good check-in. Major issue though is that the stairwells, ie fire//earthquake escape route, was very problematic as the doors, once inside, had no door handles, so couldn’t be opened without great effort. Must be changed for client and staff safety.

It was perfect because I went with my daughter that is seven months old and they have all the facilities the crib they hi chair all the staff is very nice and the facilities are very beautiful

Buena la atención en la recepción y excelente desayuno. Las toallas era un poco vieja y uno de los días no hicieron las camas y la limpieza

Very good facilities

Estuve una sola noche. Estaba limpia la habiatacion. La ducha se inundaba un poco. Para pasar los canales del televisor tenia que apuntar al modem entre el televisor y la pared. Muy comodas las camas y me toco una vista muy linda. Desayuno buffet con platos frios y calientes. Una sola estacion sin gluten. No tuve la oportunidad de usar el spa. Creo que el precio es caro para las comodidades que ofrecen.

La habitación y el hotel en general está bien , el baño de la habitación mal diseñado la puerta de la ducha no deja espacio para una persona de tamaño grande no puede entrar también muy descuidado la limpieza de la ducha , muchos hongos en todos los herrajes

Horrible el cuarto 204 que nos dieron .Daba a un pozo y no tenia luz natural.eramos 2 personas y nos pusieron una sola toalla de baño el último día.En el desayuno no dan abasto para atender.Mucho para mejorar para lo que se paga.No volveria

The staff at the hotel were all great you, we were helped after a long journey. The hotel is in a good and safe location, recommended. Good breakfast!
